Hello, this is simply false.
1. We informed you ahead of time that the order may take some time and to be patient or opt out for a refund if you cannot wait
2. You expect us as a business to cater to customers immediately. For your information, even conglomerates have a delay for their services and response times.
3. We delivered your order partially first to try and cater to your demands but you turned around and said you did not want the product because it isn't what you expected, however, our description was clear and specifically details what you will receive, you did not bother to read and blamed it on us that our product can be found elsewhere for cheaper.
4. We obliged to your every whim and even gave you a full refund even when the order was partially delivered. Even though it was your fault for not reading the description.
5. Despite all that, you still left us a low effort one-star review.
It is customers like you that ruin small e-commerce businesses that are already doing their best to cater to tons of customers.
Everyone else is so understanding, but there are always a handful of customers like you that only think about themselves and don't ever bother putting themselves in others' shoes.
Customers like you are the type that never ever bother leaving reviews when a business does something well, but when the business does something not to your liking, immediately hit them with a 1 star.
