Best customer service I’ve ever recieved from any company
Can’t quite believe the customer service experience I have just had with this company.
I had read about the previous reviews and I was aware they had a good reputation amongst detectorists but I have been simply blown away.
The company was extremely responsive to my queries. It just felt like an old mate trying to help you and not take your money. Nothing was too much trouble. It’s like they have a passion for customer service and metal detecting as well.
I won’t go into details but rest assured if you buy from this company then you are in good, safe, hands. I trust these guys and you should too. With the customer service I received, and the price, I can see these guys really cementing their place as the “go to” company for metal detecting in the UK.
It is no wonder hardened detectorists talk positively about this company. I will never shop anywhere else again.

I contacted Dragon Detecting via email where I got an immediate response. Jordan was very helpful advising me how to order the product and later sorting out my gift card that I used on my next purchase. The delivery arrive on time and brilliantly packaged. I would 100% use Dragon again for my detecting equipment.

Great item and good to have a discount code to use to get 10% off.
Quick deliver, pleased with the finds bag. Tried it out last night. Good quality bag, lots of pockets. I like the mesh bottom and D ring loops to attach pinpointer etc.
