Order was placed on their website and they delivered the fuel in a timely fashion even earlier than they initially said.

Ordered 1200 litres on a small vehicle delivery arrived wagon half way up the drive and then drove of apparently not able to deliver !!! Had to get another firm to deliver costing an extra £300 . Very poor service driver did not let us know he was going to abort delivery. Have had a delivery of that size of wagon before!!.

Easy to order and delivered on date advised.

Bought on line 25 Oct. for delivery before 8 Nov. No record of my order when I telephoned! Eventually delivered 12 Nov.
I requested that they avoided the downpipes and gullies with the hose.
Indeed, this was the case at the back of the house but the downpipe gully at the front of the house was once again broken - this only happens with Dragon Petroleum.
I'm convinced that that the hose is mechanically retracted and that it catches the side of the downpipe gully - this in turn acts as a winch which tries to pull the gully and pipe out of the ground until part of the gully breaks off!!
Not happy!!!!!!

Ordering effective, communication excellent and driver very polite and efficient.

I have not received my oil because the tanker used was to big for the track to my cottage even though l specifically explained and asked for a small tanker to be used, l ever written and explained the situation etc and how to get down to the property on the provided space on my order and asking for a SMALL TANKER. So l am very disappointed. Hope you can deliver asap again for me please

First time customer of Dragon.
Process was painless from ordering online to delivery of oil very early on the day as programmed .Driver was very pleasant so a satisfied customer.

Superb business to deal with. Price was best I could find and delivery ahead of time. I cannot fault them at all.

No problem with delivery driver, been to me before and delivered oil then left me a slip confirming details - all fine.
Previous deliveries have been before the latest date stated which has been appreciated; this time it was the very last day stated which meant I was getting anxious that oil would run out. And yes I could have paid a bit more and been guaranteed an earlier date but in the past not been necessary as deliveries always arrived a day or so before due date. Rather disappointed and feel a bit let down.

I can’t rate this company high enough, they delivered when they said they would and we are not the easiest place to get to. Very impressed.

Cheapest quote I could find for heating oil, time scale not a problem.

But delivery driver knock off a pot of Lillies and bodged them back into the pot.

Would have been better if more care had been taken not to knock it off in the first place really!!!
