Drains24 - Expert Drainage Unblocking and Cleaning Avis

Great service, very efficient and would definitely recommend.

Having been let down by a local competitor who promised next day service and didn’t even turn up or even call me I turned to these guys.

What a contrast, communicative, super helpful with their advice in what turned out to be a problem outside of the boundary to our property.

Highly recommended. Would use again no question at all.

Job well done. The guys came as planned and completed the job in the estimated time and as quoted. Nice guys. Will use again.

Great service. Oliver explained the pricing and the process clearly at the time of booking. Fast call out, good comms and completed the job quickly and efficiently.

Contacted Drains24 as we had a sewage backup. Got an answer within the hour. Visited the next day and correctly predicted that it would be the interceptor. Repair was arranged for the next morning and problem solved. Great communication and superb response time.

Very quick response, cleared tree roots which had caused blockage in past (a national drainage company cleared but then didn't do roots). Also repair pitch fibre pipe which was becoming flat. Was shown cctv to show the problems. Pipes were lined. Very efficient.

Drains24 - Expert Drainage Unblocking and Cleaning provided a satisfactory service. Their team, led by Oliver, responded quickly and handled the blockage efficiently, leaving the area tidy. While some reviews suggest concerns about upselling and service transparency, my experience fell somewhere in between. It’s worth considering them, but keep an eye on the details to ensure everything aligns with your expectations.
