I had rhinoplasty at this clinic with doctor Akif almost a year ago, and unfortunately, I’m not fully satisfied with the results. During the consultation with the manager and the doctor, I was told that the hump on my nose would be completely removed and the bridge would be smooth. However, after healing, the cartilage that was added is now visibly protruding, and my nose still doesn’t look as expected. It honestly feels like the procedure didn’t make the difference I was promised.

What also disappointed me was that the consultation and surgery were scheduled on the same day, leaving little time to properly communicate with the doctor or ask detailed questions. For such a major decision, I would have appreciated a more thorough and patient-focused approach.

Another point to mention is that only the most successful results are shown on their website and social media. I think it’s important for future patients to see a wider range of outcomes, including those that are more mixed, like mine.

Dr Akif really took his time and showed interest in my wishes and concerns. He was very honest in what could be possible to achieve according to my face features and the inspiration photos I showed him. He’s very pleasant to talk to and he really did care for me as his patient. He was focused on me as an individual and not “just another of his patients” type of doctor. He got me a nose I asked for, or even better. The staff were also really friendly and helpful and were there for me 24/7 along the process. The clinic was beautiful, new and modern with specious room for your recovery plus a sofa to sleep for your partner. I also had minimal bruising and pain post surgery which were noticed by many. I will be forever grateful for the smooth and easy experience and of course the results itself. You’re in the very good hands if you choose this doctor ❤️

I had my nose job with Dr. Akif two months ago, and so far, I’m very happy with the results. I didn’t experience severe bruising, and I was able to smell again just after 5 days. First of all, I am very happy with my results so far. I had my nose job in April and my nose is already very very beautiful. I didn’t have any pain, not even after the surgery and was even able to visit the city of Istanbul with my cast on. :) I had an translater who did an amazing job which was very comforting as well. My nose is exactly the way I wanted, very natural but stunning! Dr. Akif did an amazing job, which I’m very grateful for. I would recommend him to anyone.

After lots of research I chose to trust Dr. Akif for my septorhinoplasty and I’m glad that I did. He did exactly what I wanted and gave me realistic expectations for the recovery process. My nose looks perfect after only two weeks. The recovery process was not easy because I had headaches and toothaches, but at least I had no bruising at all and minimal swelling. Dr. Akif was on the same page with me during the consultation and listened to my wishes carefully. The staff in the Elit Klinik hospital were very nice and attentive to my needs as well. I am very thankful to Dr. Akif and all the staff in the hospital. I definitely recommend him. ☺️

Ich bin aus Deutschland nach Istanbul gereist, um eine Nasenkorrektur bei Dr. Akif Yildrim durchführen zu lassen. Ich bin mit der Organisation sehr zufrieden, das gesamte Team hat sich super um mich gekümmert und ich habe mich wohl gefühlt. It was a long journey here, and I came alone so I was very scared and hesitant as I’m only 20. But I’m SO happy I did! Dr. Akif is a great doctor, he has been so patient with me as he had to make me about 3 simulations after showing him a few inspiration pictures of what I wanted until I was finally satisfied with one! He gave me what I want , I’m so so happy. His team is amazing. Roberta my first translator was so amazing and helpful and calmed me down a lot before my surgery and my entire trip, I am so grateful for her . My second translator Marcos also calmed me down when it was cast removal , he made me feel comfortable and made it fun! The staff at the hotel were amazing and I became friends with them. I recommend booking with him, I would do it again , so sad to leave here, but so happy I got to explore the city and to leave with my new nose and a bunch of memories during my week in Istanbul!
