Are experience with draw plan was brilliant from start to finish and Ben's attention to detail is second to none would 100% recommend and use again in the future

Ben has been invaluable through the whole building and renovation process, he was able to bring our ideas to life with incredible detail. He was also able to work with our ideas and implement changes. He also supported us through the planning application process with the council which is definitely not straightforward with our property. This made the whole process a lot easier. Thanks so much for your help, Ben.

We recently decided to have an extension on the rear of house. Never done anything like this before so was slightly apprehensive. But I needn't have worried Drawplan were absolutely amazing. Ben produced a very detailed set of plans after lots of input & good ideas from him we finally decided upon the perfect extension.
Well it's all built now & i couldn't be happier. Drawplan is a wonderful business to deal with & I would highly recommend them.

Highly recommended. 10/10 service. Draw Plan have recently produced a full suite of drawings, visualisations and technical drawings for our builders for our loft conversion and dormer project in Culcheth. Ben and the rest of the team have been faultless throughout the entire process and have gone above and beyond providing help throughout the first phases of the building project. This was our first major building project and I have felt confident in knowing we can always call the team for assistance when needed. Very personable and professional architects. We will be and have already been recommending this company to friends and family.

Avoid, legal threats, desperate for the money!

Everything started well initially until the plans were received. We made one key request prior to the drawings being completed and upon receipt of the drawings they were not included.

Imagine how that felt, we then said we would only pay once they make the change we requested in the very first instance, however they threatened legal action and we came to the agreement that i would pay and then they would make the requried revision.

Guess what, they didnt make the revision, they wont respond to my emails.

AVOID, do not risk it, they even have a "legal" department on a dedicated email - that tells you alot. Go with a company that has much better customer service.

Draw Plan were swift in responding, recognised the urgency, and were clear as to when they could get the plans back to me. Communication has also been very easy and super high quality, I would very much recommend.

We bought a 400 year old cottage that needed a lot of work, and had no real idea where to start. I called Draw Plan and from the off felt that I was in safe hands. Ben really listened to what was important to me, and how we used space in our house to suggest a plan that flooded us with light and freed up dead space, when space was very much at a premium.

They were genuinely invested in the project, and checked in regularly beyond the remit of their work, offering advice and recommending services/suppliers/trades, and answering any questions I had.

It felt like I had someone in my corner the whole time, and I fully trusted their expertise. On top of this, we loved the design, it’s completely transformed the house and I still can’t believe we get to live here.

Ben and the team are first class at what they do. Nothing was too much, very responsive and professional throughout.

Ben was able to bring my ideas to life, as well as adding some of his very creative and practical ideas to the design.

Having never done anything like this before, Ben was extremely knowledgeable, which showed in the speed we were able to get planning permission granted.

The 3D drawings are fantastic, really help visualise the design, which is beneficial before making any expensive decisions on materials etc. These have also helped with some much needed motivation throughout our build.

I was a complete novice to planning regulations, Ben at Draw Plan came out to visit and talked through the whole process and gave advise, the plans were drawn up within a week and submitted to the local authority. Extremely satisfied with the service.

From the first point of contact with Ben at Draw Plan my husband and I where impressed. We really only had a basic idea of what changes we wanted to make to our home and really had no idea about where to start or what we would actually be allowed to change. He guided us through every step with professionalism and understanding. He gave us lots of amazing ideas and opened our eyes to how beautiful our home could be and how it would best work for us and our family.
Ben clearly and simply provided us with the information of each stage of the design & build even contacting other parties on our behalf if when we were unsure. From the site visits, the plans, the costings and all the legal aspects of the design, Ben and his team had it all covered.
Everything was broken down into stages with the costings and made simple so we had no hidden surprises along the way and if there was anything we wasn’t sure about, Ben and his team were always easy to contact and replied promptly.
Our home is almost completed now and to say we are happy with it is an understatement, we are amazed and overwhelmed with how fantastic it is. We never set out to achieve that “Wow” factor for our home but Ben and his team at Draw Plan have delivered us just that!
