No Customer Service Anywhere in Sight!
When you get on the site, there is nowhere posted or even mentioned on how you can reach Customer Service. I had to become a detective and look at all the policy pages just to find a random email, that when I reached out to them, they still never responded to me about my inquiry. I was desperate, so in spite of knowing this, I still purchased the 1 month membership for around $80 something dollars so that I could have access to the lip sync feature, silly me. At first everything seemed ok, but as the days progressed, it would take sometimes up to 5-6 hours just to generate one 15 second lip sync clip! Yikes! It was terrible. There were times when my credits would get stolen because the system would say that it detected copyright music, of which my voice clips had no music. But remember, I can't contact Customer Support because it is non existent. This is a Chinese Based company that takes American Dollars and provide Crap service while making Billions of dollars! At the end of my 30 days, the 8000 credits I still had left just disappeared. I was trying to use up as many of my credits that I could before the 30 days expired, but it was impossible with 5 hours wait times for 15 seconds of lip sync to render. This was a horrible experience with non existent Customer Service Support. Beware when sites refuse to readily post their contact information. Learn from a girl like me. Run from this company. You won't get what you paid for, or will you?
