This app is complete scam

This app is complete scam. If you use it on desktop they will put a watermark "AI" on top left corner on every single photo you generated and downloaded. What kind of non sense it is exactly ? Never seen that before on any another website. Basically you can't use the image you paid for. Let's talk about Seedance 2.0 basically you can't even use it to generate video with image reference with a face. Funny because other website allow to do this ? Basically you can't use Seedance 2.0 with IA image that you generated. There is absolutly no support at all and they never respond to any email you send them. The last one was 20 days ago still no answer since now. Stay away from them.

Worst website i ever spent money on. I paid advanced plan they say it will have no watermark once paid, when you download a video but it comes with a short word above the frame “ AI “. I reached this website through bytedance for Seedance 2.

I paid for the subscription just for the seedance 2. I was furious when I realized that all the videos generated on their site are watermarked. So keep in mind that all your videos will have watermarks!!

Cancelled my subscription

Cancelled my subscription. They kept charging me anyway.

I cancelled my Dreamina subscription and they have continued to charge my VISA card EUR 13.99 every single month regardless. There is no active subscription on any of my email addresses. I checked every single one. No confirmation of an active plan, no way to cancel again because there is nothing to cancel. Yet the money keeps disappearing from my account.

The charges appear as "Dreamina" from Singapore on my German bank statement. Their system apparently does not process cancellations, or they simply choose to ignore them.

I have now blocked my card for all Dreamina/ByteDance transactions through my bank and sent a formal dispute demanding a full refund of every charge made after my cancellation, an explanation of why they continued billing a cancelled subscription, and permanent deletion of my payment data.

If you are reading this and cancelled your Dreamina subscription but still see charges: go straight to your bank, block the merchant, and file a chargeback immediately. Do not wait for their support. Based on every review here, they will not help you.

I will be escalating this to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform, the German Consumer Protection Authority (Verbraucherzentrale), and filing a GDPR complaint for continued unauthorized processing of my payment data after cancellation.

Cancelling a subscription means stop charging. Apparently nobody told ByteDance.

Dreamina/CapCut is a TOTAL SCAM - USELESS SUPPORT
ZERO SUPPORT. ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY. PURE THEFT.
I've been waiting 15+ days for tokens I paid for. They took my money instantly but delivered nothing. This is not a bug - this is intentional theft.
THE SCAM WORKS LIKE THIS:
You pay for a subscription (Standard $33, Advanced $64)
They charge your card immediately
NO TOKENS DELIVERED - Your account shows nothing
You contact their "support" and wait OVER A WEEK
They respond with GENERIC AI COPY-PASTE GARBAGE that proves they haven't even looked at your account:
"Dear User, We’re sorry to hear that your credits haven’t been received. To help us better understand the issue, could you please confirm the following: What type of credits are missing?... Could you please double-check whether the purchase might have been made using a different account?..."

They STILL ask if I have "another account" via their AI email template - I DON'T. I've told them this five times. Their support email is a black hole of generic AI responses.

They take money whenever they want and give you ZERO CREDITS
NO RESPONSE after the generic AI template
Their "AI" is WORTHLESS SHIT - they only use VEO and nano banana, it's all recycled garbage
TOTAL SCAM - they literally cannot access their own app data
This is a USELESS CHINESE SCAM. They have no human support, no accountability, and no intention of fixing anything. They're just harvesting credit card numbers.
DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. Use Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, or ANYTHING else. These people are thieves.
I'm filing a chargeback with Visa and reporting them to consumer protection agencies. They deserve to be shut down.

I am currently using Drinina. I am using a paid subscription, but when I extract images, I keep getting a message saying that I do not have enough credits even though I have remaining credits. Is there any solution?

Si compras una suscripción y no gastas los créditos al finalizar el mes, estos te los quitan todos. Ojo por que no te lo dicen en su pagina de suscripción.

A demás, si durante tu suscripción, Dreamina decide cambiar las condiciones, NO respetaran tu suscripción activa.

I paid for the Advanced yearly plan on…

**EDIT: COSTUMER SERIVE DOESNT SOLVE ANYTHING, THEY JUST KEEP YOU WAITING AND DO NOTHING!**

I paid for the Advanced yearly plan on Dreamina (UID: 7547993512660337682)

1 whole year, highest subscription plan.

The subscription is valid until September 2026 and I have credits available. However, for many days my account only shows “System Upgrade in Progress” and all advanced features (video, image, Canvas, etc.) are blocked.

The subscription panel is also contradictory: it shows my plan is active, but at the same time says “no subscriptions”.

If I access Dreamina with another free account, all features are available!

I understand that bugs can occur. But I have repeatedly contacted support via email and Discord, and received no answer at all. This is sorry to say, unacceptable for a paid service.

I urgently need access for a university project, and I am seriously considering requesting a chargeback through my bank and Visa if this is not resolved immediately.

Overall, frustrating to say the least.

No Customer Service Anywhere in Sight!

When you get on the site, there is nowhere posted or even mentioned on how you can reach Customer Service. I had to become a detective and look at all the policy pages just to find a random email, that when I reached out to them, they still never responded to me about my inquiry. I was desperate, so in spite of knowing this, I still purchased the 1 month membership for around $80 something dollars so that I could have access to the lip sync feature, silly me. At first everything seemed ok, but as the days progressed, it would take sometimes up to 5-6 hours just to generate one 15 second lip sync clip! Yikes! It was terrible. There were times when my credits would get stolen because the system would say that it detected copyright music, of which my voice clips had no music. But remember, I can't contact Customer Support because it is non existent. This is a Chinese Based company that takes American Dollars and provide Crap service while making Billions of dollars! At the end of my 30 days, the 8000 credits I still had left just disappeared. I was trying to use up as many of my credits that I could before the 30 days expired, but it was impossible with 5 hours wait times for 15 seconds of lip sync to render. This was a horrible experience with non existent Customer Service Support. Beware when sites refuse to readily post their contact information. Learn from a girl like me. Run from this company. You won't get what you paid for, or will you?
