Good experience with the team to get the desired job.

I had a very positive experience working with DreamShift for my CV and cover letter preparation. They were professional, responsive, and took the time to understand my background, skills, and career goals. The documents they created were well-structured, clear, and tailored to the Australian job market, which gave me more confidence when applying for roles. Although I am still in the process of securing a job, I truly appreciate the quality of their work and the support they provided throughout.

The team is very responsive and answered all my queries clearly and made sure I was happy and comfortable with service. The quality of the service was excellent and they genuinely care about their customers. Had a positive experience so far and would definitely recommend to anyone interested.

I contacted DreamShift in February to start their service and received an invoice for LKR 65,000. Due to a personal reason, I had to postpone the process by one month, which I clearly informed Methsara, who I believe is the founder.

When I contacted them again in early March, exactly one month later, to proceed, I was suddenly told that the price had increased to LKR 100,000. This was not only shocking but extremely frustrating, especially since no one communicated any change in advance.

What makes this even worse is that their website still advertises the same service for LKR 65,000. Raising the fee by such a huge amount within just one month, without any prior notice, feels misleading and demonstrates a complete lack of transparency and professionalism.

As someone originally from Sri Lanka but currently residing in the UK, it is deeply disappointing and frankly upsetting to experience such careless and unprofessional service. This entire experience has left me questioning the company’s reliability, honesty, and commitment to its clients. I am extremely dissatisfied.
