If I could leave no stars I would! 2 orders made only received one as the other was damaged in their warehouse however they didn't feel the need to let me know that I only found out when half my sofa set was delivered! Said they had arranged a refund and would email me proof of this however it never happened! I have now had to open a PayPal dispute! It's a shame as the one sofa I did recieve is nice but unfortunately the other part is missing! Advice to other buyers always pay with PayPal when you using this company! Communication is poor and they are not truthful when you call!

Diabolical, total joke company, do not go near.. after receiving a sofa bed that collapsed, spent a month getting a replacement, after being offered replacement parts and then 10% discount. After arrival of replacement had two days waiting in for collection with no show. Time and money wasted after having to repack a sofa myself. Still sat in my kitchen, faulty towers was far more efficient.

I won’t even bore you with the poor quality product containing the wrong parts (flat pack) to the poor communication, not replying until Wowcher got involved. I won’t bore you with the agreement to partly refund (as we have since managed to improvise by purchasing drill bits as we were getting nowhere) which was a ridiculous offer but I’d by that point lost the will to keep pressing, so accepted, only to receive a lesser amount (not even covering the cost of the drill bits) than agreed. It felt like the customer service representative was having great fun refusing to help. I don’t like publicly slating businesses as these are tough times but quite frankly online merchants are most likely doing well out of the situation so they should provide a good service and not rip you off. So disappointed

I ordered an office desk from Dreams Living via Wowcher and was extremely impressed with the speed of delivery, the wrapping and the product itself. It was exactly as described and perfect for a small home office desk.

Where do I start!? After waiting almost 3 weeks for a delivery that was promised between 8-10 days, numerous emails that I just get the same response, which is it's being delivered. When I asked for the tracking number I was told it's not been shipped yet. Should be in the next 2-3 days. Needless to say 2-3 days has been and gone and still no sign of the delivery. I had to threaten them with trading standards in the end and I have now cancelled my order and waiting a refund, which I have been told will be with me in 3-5 days. Don't bother trying to call either it doesn't even ring, just says no one is available to take your call. Wish I had read these reviews prior to placing an order.

Do not buy off these people there customers device is awful there delivery date are very late and they never answer email or the phone

For those who have bought through Wowcher and are singing the praises of this company, come back in 2 years and see if your fantastic rattan purchase is still looking so fantastic. If it is, great, but ours certainly isn't. The rattan garden corner sofa and table just aren't fit for purpose, unless the purpose is to use for 2 years then bin. Opened a complaint with the company who just ignore it until you give up. I don't leave bad reviews, in fact I don't think I ever have before, however, I don't think I've been completely ignored by customer services before either.

Items purchased 3rd June - delivered on 24th July after continually chasing.

Wardrobe was damaged, it is now mid September and still no refund or replacement.

Customer service are responsive but my patience is wearing thin now.

The quality of the furniture is similar/a little worse than Ikea for example. I would not have paid full price for this furniture.

Horrendous customer experience when attempting to get a refund. Treated like a criminal throughout. Avoid at all costs

I am not one to complain however this company is an absolute joke!.

I have nothing against people wanting to work in the UK from other countries but you need to know the language! The customer service was appalling English was limited and could barely understand the responses being made.

And then to be emailed to say my delivery was out for dispatch when I cancelled it and not getting a direct answer from the phone number provided was even more of a nightmare.

Really disappointed that I never listened to other reviews ! Now i am £360 out of pocket awaiting a delivery i have been told to refuse to even attempt to get my money back.

Ordered a Nine-seater corner garden furniture set from Wowcher. I didn't read the reviews until after i bought it which made me VERY ANXIOUS!.. seeing as there were so many bad reviews. Sofa came flatpacked on time (within a week) in 3 big boxes. Took about 4/5 hours to assemble the set. Once it was all together it looked beautiful. Good quality and a lot better than i was expecting for so cheap. Thanks dreams!

After sales are a disgrace. The covers that came with the furniture only lasted two months before becoming sun bleached and brittle. The cover then split from one side to the other. Kept contacting company through email but they insisted that this was out of warranty. Checking my rights with trading standards

Sofa and table got delivered but the table glass was smashed. Emailed them, to be told 5-7 working days for replacement to be delivered, 7 working days later nothing. I emailed them again, for them to reply it will be 5-7 working days again. Absolute joke! Will be contacting my credit card company to get a refund

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY , NO COMMUNICATION AFTER DELIVERY OF MY GARDEN FURNITURE , NO WAY OF SPEAKING DIRECTLY TO THEM AS HELPLINE IS ANSWERED IN PHILLIPINES AND BOLIVIA ,. ONLY ONE EMAIL OFFERING ME TO KEEP THE FAULTY GARDEN FURNITURE WITH APARTIAL REFUND .NOTHING TO SAY OTHER THAN GIVE THESE GUYS A WIDE BERTH .THEY OPERATE UNDER FURNITUREMAXI ALSO .THESE GUYS ARE THE WORST I HAVE DEALT WITH ...CANT GIVE THEM A MINUS STAR

Horrendous quality. Had furniture two summers and always covered over autumn, winter and until warm weather. The woven plastic is snapping everywhere including the backs and arms which aren’t sat on. Two sofas, two chairs and ottoman being dumped. Cushions are thin and not good quality foam. Don’t touch with a barge pole. Company don’t want to know re replacement or refund as you’re out of guarantee by the second summer

Like others I was really worried about the reviews. I ordered a 7 seater rattan furniture set from Wowcher. I ordered this on the Tuesday, it was delivered the following Monday. Furniture set is lovely.

I must say I was really worried as I didn’t see these reviews until after I ordered my chair through GoGroupie but I was very pleasantly surprised! My chair arrived today as per notification from DHL - just five days after placing the order, all parts present and correct, exactly what I ordered and good quality for the money paid. Perhaps I was just lucky but am very pleased with my purchase from Dreams Living

Most terrible experience! Ordered a garden furniture set, only got a part of the set. It's been over 3 weeks and I'm still chasing for the delivery of the remaining parts.
The customer service is awful, they do not respond for days and when they do, they keep making excuses. First I was told that due to the size of the shipment, the second box would be delivered after few days. Then after a week on chasing again, I was told that the shipment got lost in transit and there is no stock available. At this point, I asked for a collection of the box that got delivered and requested for a full refund. Then after couple of days, I was told that they do have it in stock and will be sending it to me. It's again been a week and there is no news whatsoever! They do not pick up calls or respond to emails.
I've lost my patience now and now reporting this issue to the trading standards and taking legal action later this week.

after receiving my rattan furniture costing £600 cushions were coming away at the seams and some of the banding was cut on the rattan , I emailed and was offered £25.00 as a gesture than raised to £40 . what an absolute insult.

I am finding the same as most of these reviews. Im now at the point i don’t now where to turn. Im down 950e and no one is responding.

I have been onto my bank as it will have to go to dispute. I wish i had seen reviews before i made purchase.

Save yourself the stress and your money and do not bother trying to purchase of these cowboys.
