I gave money to my Granddaughter to buy a Prom Dress from Drebella. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE IN HONG KONG. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS. My Granddaughter received the dress It must have been a used return dress because it was coming apart at the seams. She sent them pictures. She tried to reach out to them several times they did not respond. I paid $400 for this dress, and these cooks only want to give me back $60.They want to charge me 10% restocking fee, shipping fee. They don't do full refund Only partial refunds. THE DRESS IS USED YOU CAN TELL BY LOOKING AT IT. It is 100% their fault!! This review is on their web site so I doubt the public will ever see this. However, I will search every site online and you can be sure i will put the word out about this company's HORRIBLE RETURN POLICY. I am working with my credit card company to go after them.

We can swear before God that this item was absolutely not a second-hand product; all returned merchandise at our company is invariably destroyed. Furthermore, your granddaughter's order was custom-made precisely according to the measurements she provided. Prior to the order being placed, we made our website's return policy available for review—a policy that was also explicitly displayed on the checkout page. After your granddaughter requested a return, we reached out to establish communication and proposed more than three distinct solutions. The specific resolution—a refund without the return of the item—was one that you yourselves agreed upon; we have retained full records of this agreement, which we reserve the right to make public at an appropriate time in order to safeguard our reputation.
