Great experience for my daughter today, Andrea and Eleanor, went above and beyond to help my daughter pick her perfect dress, nothing was a bother, would highly recommend

Still haven’t received my money. The scammed me with £200 and I dont even have a dress from them, neither my money

They took my money and haven’t returned them back

I was the centre of attention in trying to get that perfect dress.

What an amazing morning with my daughter choosing her prom dress from Dress 2 Party in Glasgow. We were warmly welcomed & the service was first class. My daughter was made to feel at ease & felt so relaxed trying on dresses. There are lots of beautiful dresses to choose from & lots of space in the shop to move around. Sarah helped us & what a lovely & friendly girl she is. I would highly recommend Dress 2 Party.

I recently ordered a dress for a Wedding. The address had a business name on it and the package was incorrectly delivered to a residential block of apartments (the office is next door). I am sure this happens from time to time.

When i reached out on email to Dress2Party i was shocked at the response. Vanessa the lady emailing me was incredibly rude, accusatory and unprofessional. It turns out she owns the company - I was surprised until I read the numerous terrible reviews regarding their customer service.

DHL on the other hand could not have done more to assist with finding my package. They immediately accepted fault of leaving the package in the wrong place and without permission to do so. Due to their team i have now been reunited with my package .

If I can give a word of advice to other consumers - don't shop here. Spend your money with companies and brands that value your business. This whole experience was very unpleasant and there are so many stores that treat people with respect. Purchasing a dress for a special occasion should be an enjoyable process and I can assure you this wont be the case if you buy from Dress2Party.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They were helpful and accommodating and spent the time to find the right dress. It was a great experience.

I wouldn’t even look anywhere else. The team were so professional and took their time with my mother in law who was choosing a dress for her 70th. She’s a long way past being a prom girl but was made to feel so welcome in the Leeds store. Huge thank you Dress2party!!

Had a wonderful experience at the Leeds branch while shopping for a prom dress for my daughter . The two ladies assisting us were absolutely lovely – warm, welcoming, and incredibly patient, even as we went back and forth between the same dresses multiple times while deciding on the perfect colour. The whole visit felt relaxed, unrushed, and truly special from start to finish. We’re really looking forward to going back to collect the dress and will definitely be returning in the future for any occasion dresses we may need. Wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend!

Staff were lovely in the London store. We didn't feel rushed despite there being a few others at the same time. Helpful friendly and knowledgeable staff, always asked my daughter's opinion before giving their own. Dresses were in US sizing but the lady was able to look at my daughter and know what size she would need. There was no pressure to purchase, we went away to think about the options and came back to buy a beautiful prom dress. The dresses were all beautiful and the shop was welcoming. Neither my daughter or myself have ever needed this kind of formal dress so we were out of our depths but the ladies in the shop never made us feel silly and made it an enjoyable experience. My only criticism would be the lack of space in the changing rooms and mirrors but it was manageable.

Outstanding experience. The girls at the Liverpool store treated my daughter like a princess from the minute she walked in. I have never seen such an amazing dress. Thank you girls for making my daughter’s vision come true and her prom as special as she is xx

Absolutely stunning dresses and fantastic customers service would definitely recommend

I went to their place in London, bought I dress which didn’t fit me well, so I decided to return in via post, however they told me since it’s bought from the store they dont accept returns and they can exchange the dress with other, I agreed on this matter after I already have gone with £16 under because of the post, then they send me another dress which I didn’t liked and since it was bought online I contacted them if I can return the dress with full refund and they told me “yes we will accept the dress and refund you full money”. Now I am receiving email that they cannot return my money, and I dont even have the dress since I post it to them as a return. At the end of the day I lost £200 without even have a dress. This is a fraud and I will make necessary action, also I would like to add this is a racism and I will make necessary action on that one too.
