Roland was able to fix the phone promptly, much quicker than any other option I'd found and was very personable. Just make sure you go to the right site as there are 3 options on Google maps!

Dr Fixit refuses to Fixit
The first time I’d used a mobile repair service before but I’d arranged to have my iPad screen repair by Dr Fixit. As it was a longer job i’d have to drop it off, which isn’t a problem. I arranged a drop off time and asked if the person drops off or whether I’d need to pick it up after, again not a problem either way I just wanted to know what the norm was. I got a call from the person and said they won’t take the work anymore as they thought I was asking too many questions and that I would be a problem. I was very surprised as there was no problem my end, and I didn’t think the questions were silly either. Needless to say I won’t be recommending Dr Fixit, but if you do use them, don’t ask any questions...

Anyone reading your version, will quickly realise that it is fabricated. I welcome questions and to be frank, I ask many questions myself as it is a way to establish the cause of the device fault. Some people just can not be pleased, oh well...

Brilliant repair to my daughters…
Brilliant repair to my daughters charging port on an iphone. Replaced within a couple of hours at a very reasonable cost. Would definitely recommend, Much later that day even helped me out as she had lost the sim card tray for the same phone and he found me a replacement.

My baby boy got hold of my phone and…
My baby boy got hold of my phone and threw it on the floor, which was not great as i had an important meeting the next day in london . Called Dr Fixit , who came out the same day and repaired the screen , very grateful .
