It took me following up with the app five hours after my appointment in order to get my prescription pushed through. Kind of disappointing, considering they tell you you’ll get it within half an hour.

It took less than 5 minutes to get the appointment done. Best doctor I've been to and will definitely be back.

Dr Kulchinsky was very helpful in analyzing my issue and prescribing medicine to address it. He also had sound advice for follow up care and precautions after our visit. This is a convenient and helpful option for those who cannot immediately visit a Dr's office and need to address an issue quickly. Doctor was fantastic, quickly solved our issues

My son got sent home by the nurse due to him limping. He cut his foot on a toy 2 days prior. She felt it looked a little infected. I have a 7 month old that has a cold. I was in no position to go sit in the ER or urgent care and still be left with a $500 bill after insurance. I gave this site a chance and its exactly what I hoped for. Filled out the questionnaire and submitted photos. When it was time for my appointment, dr was early, and quick. He prescribed antibiotics, emailed me a Dr note and the meds were delivered 2 hours later

It's so easy to make an appointment. The Dr. Is very experienced and nice. The video visits are very clear and you pick the time. Their insurance dept is spot on regarding your insurance and co pays. And their delivery of medication is on time and mostly free.

The doctor was very helpful and diagnosed me within minutes after providing my information. The wait time was less than 15 minutes and the service was excellent. I will definitely use this app again in an emergency.
