They autocharged me 120 dollars and took my gas and food money for a week because they failed to tell me that insurance wouldn’t pay for their services. (I had BCBS)
They then ignored me when I asked for help.

Hi this is Sabrina a young Christian lady and I am writeing about Dr. House for helping my brother kirk a Christian as well his doctor was Dr. Brazensky and he did really well he was relateable as far as not acting as though he is not human and he understood by not giving us a hard time that my brother needed to have his situation resolved we did not get asked allot of questions which is important to for them to know how to help you better but in this case we needed him to agree with the situation cause it was a emergency not to ask us questions to find out something we already knew what we needed to know we did not need to find out anything our father taught us to check the reviews to know how you would be treated and what to expect we got the situation resolved and now we have peace so if you need a serious situation resolved and you need a agreeable doctor to something obviously that needs to be taken care of Dr. Brazensky is your doctor if you choose to see him I gave 4 stars cause customer service did not do all of what I asked them to do they canceled the appmnt after it was changed without us changing it and I asked them to keep the same day but change the time and they canceled it but said we can reschedule it for free they will not charge us we appreciate that but also want to be respected for what we feel and asked thanks God Almighty bless from Sabrina and my brother kirk

The provider was phenomenal. Knowledgeable and on point.

Easy to access. The Dr. was caring and quick to diagnose.

They charged me $12.90 as my out of pocket with my insurance and then proceeded to bill me another 112.57 after a month or so. I literally only paid $4 less than people with no insurance. My appt lasted less than 5 minutes and this is very much a bait and switch. I could have went to urgent care and had my tests included for that cost. I work for the public school and this is a significant out of pocket expense that I hadnt expected or planned for.

I signed on for a Wegovy proscription. The doc say ya your fat and wrote a script. I initially was charged $25.00. Seemed like a lot but OK!! I went again after a month another $25. They then tried to charged my insurance $350.00 for the first visit, which of course they denied. I was charged another $103.00. So $128.00 for 3 minutes. I wasn’t happy. They Charged the same for the second visit. $261.00 for what was no more then 7 minutes of online time. My bum hurts now, but I’ll never return to them for help.
