AVOID BUYING FROM THESE PEOPLE

A one time order turned turned into a 30day subscription. I tried to contact them to speak to them about this and cancel the subscription but there was no phone number. I've been emailing them for days and no response. This is day 5 and still waiting to here back from them. I don't know what to do next. Disgusting customer service and will def NOT recommend or will be buying these products again

Be careful ordering from this company. I made what I thought was a one-time purchase and was later charged $52 without my consent.

I didn’t subscribe to anything, and only after this happened did I see other reviews from people saying the same thing. I honestly didn’t believe it until it happened to me.

The product itself was also not good for me — the taste was bad and it made me feel anxious, foggy, and jittery.

Really disappointed with this whole experience.

Avoid using their products at all costs. They send me out a bottle with a live maggot inside of the lid and have trying to brush it under the rug saying it’s being “internally investigated” for the past 2 months. God knows where and how these products are being made. Stay as far away from them as possible

I ordered two containers of their electrolytes and experienced some issues with shipping and the availability of the Yuzu Lemon flavour. However, their customer service was excellent, they promptly emailed me to explain the situation and sent out the other flavour I had purchased without delay. A week later, they followed up by sending the Yuzu Lemon, along with an additional container for free, which I really appreciated.

As for the electrolytes themselves, they’ve been fantastic, great taste, and I can definitely notice the difference when using them compared to not.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with the hydration products from Dr Hydrate but, when the time came for them to act like every other retailer online they lost me. When I asked for a (unused) shirt I bought to be swapped for a different size they flatly refused saying that “we unfortunately don’t offer returns or exchanges at this time“. Apart from probably being in breach of consumer law (by having that type of blanket policy) this is just plain old bad customer service. I will close my account and will not be buying from Dr Hydrate again. Such a shame…

Disgusting product it has cyanocobalamin a product made from human sewage and no contact number to call be careful what ya buy people

Terrible experience!!! Didn’t like the product at all and now they are saying I’m stuck in a subscription until I complete 3 payments even know that wasn’t mentioned when purchasing. Not happy with the customer experience and will take this further

Great product, but be careful.

I love this product and set up a subscription.

I’ve unfortunately suffered an injury that has stopped all my training, potentially for some time.

Despite the web sites highlights you can stops the subscription at any time, when I went to do it I was required to give an explanation as to why I was stopping which was pretty intrusive when struggling to come to terms with not being able to run anymore.

We moved passed this and they confirmed they had cancelled the subscription.

A couple of months later I received a notice my account had been debited and despite notifying them immediately of their request they still sent the product and told me it was too late for a refund.

I’ve offered to retry. The package if they pay the postage and requested a full refund, but I was told this was not an option and basically to suck it up.

This is so shoddy and although a great product I am concerned their error has allowed them to access my account and charge me.

Be very cautious if you engage with them.

No sugar. Tastes great. Easy to drink. Does what it says it will do.

If you LOVE sugar to the point where a drink is so sweet it is non-drinkable, but this product. If not, get Tailwind.
Also, what gives with your crappy customer service and not standing behind your product and not refunding me for a faulty product?

Really finding Dr.Hydrate working a treat for me. Enjoying the flavours that are produced also. For all the benefits of the ingredients in Dr.Hydrate. Works to the mass when needed. 👍

The product was delivered on time and works as advertised, could be improved by increasing the amount of flavours on offer and what kind of bottles are available to buy with it.

I am a current driver in the Aussie Racing Cars national series, I competed at the Newcastle Supercars event last weekend. Before each of our four races I drank a Pineapple Dr. Hydrate and this definitely helped me stay energised and hydrated, even though it was over 50 degrees celsius in my race car, and I had on my race suit, balaclava, helmet, gloves etc. Thank you Dr. Hydrate!

I tried the 3 flavour sample pack first and have now ordered a bulk pack. After gym workout u can feel the difference Post drinking this. Tastes good with cold water and better then any other “hidden sugary” drinks.

Customer service excellent and taste and quality of the product very impressed. Clean alternative to help beat this years summer strength
