Dribble dream is a scam! Don't order from them!! I placed my order Nov. 29th. and still haven't received it. Tracking number says it's been in NYC NY since December 16th. Last update saying it was still in NYC was December 24th. Contacted them for a refund and they refused because it was already shipped. Lesson learned, don't make the same mistake.

Never even shipped my item but charged me and also charged a $5 fee to ensure shipping. Terrible. Terrible. Complete scam.

Terrible product. Arrived late, packaged very poorly and the ball itself is deformed and won’t bounce straight up. Would not buy again. Hoping for a refund but doubtful that will happens.

I ordered this for my son, who's 12. Ordered it Nov 19th 2024 and got it Dec 20. It arrived from China, flat, no box no instructions......NOTHING. it took 3 days for it to reshape, however there is a slight flat spot. It takes a lot of force to dribble this ball. This company does not make them in USA, nor do they ship from USA.....they lied. Complete waste of money and I'm beyond angry. They charge $ 42. For foam, seriously

Shipping took forever and I paid extra for expedited shipping. Honestly I have seen silent basketballs in local sporting goods stores for less money and better quality. Overall it will do the job and my son loves it so all is well. I would just look someplace local first.

SCAM…AVOID… First off it’s from China., Ordered it during Thanksgiving and it’s 12/26 and still have not received it. Emailed numerous times and received bullshit robo response.

DO NOT ORDER, came from china. Ordered on thanksgiving and has been stuck in California since dec 12, will not be here for Christmas. I’ve submitted multiple inquiries and just get a robot response

They have HORRIBLE customer service in terms of it being NON EXISTENT. Should you try to contact them, they will NOT BE AVAILABLE in any way, shape, or form.
The product they sell has awful reviews.
I'm going to the state where I live to report them and prevent them from scamming us.

Ordered on 11/29. They didn't ship until 12/6. Order is still is not delivered as of 12/24 AS THEY SHIP DIRECTLY FROM CHINA. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Total scam and ripoff. Pictures don't match. Ball is misshapen and arrives jammed in a bag from a dude name "Michael" or wherever you're getting it from. Doesn't bounce like a real ball. Total scam.

I ordered a silent basketball on November 24th as a Christmas gift. It is now Christmas Eve and the product still has not arrived. In fact, they did not even ship my product until I sent two emails asking for the status of my order. I suspect this company may be a scam operation.

I ordered 3 dribble dream basketballs for my grandchildren on November 29th. It took six days to see any movement on tracking. My package has now been sitting in California since December 12th. I understand that Dribble Dream has no way to change the delivery system. I’ve reached out to the powers that be to voice my concerns via their contact us email. So far their only response has been to give it a couple of days and let them know if the package does not move, and get back in touch with them. I’ve waited patiently, and I’ve had no response. I’ve asked for a refund. Here’s hoping I didn’t throw away my money on a company that doesn’t stand behind its product or customer service.

Do not waste your money on this product!!!! It doesn't function as advertised. I was not expecting a product that would have the same properties as a regulation basketball, but I was expecting to receive a product that would be a close facsimile. Something that I could use for practice inside my apartment without disturbing the neighbors. This product is not it. It is literally a poor knockoff of something that possess as a basketball. Basically, it's an orange foam ball with lines drawn by a magic maker to make it appear to look like a basketball. This product should be called DribbleNightmare,

Just got our order and was so disappointed because this is not what was pictured. They were vacuum sealed and horribly misshapen. They look nothing like the website and can't bounce correctly because they are not round. I can't believe these were $40 a piece. I emailed support so I'll wait to hear what they say but reading these reviews I don't have high hopes. I'm so disappointed and that I didn't research more throughly. DSG has silent balls in store for $20 which i guess I'll need to get because these are not longer a viable christmas present.

This is a SCAM. Ordered the ball and mat from their website. They came repackaged from China with a return address for a gentleman named "Coburn" and an address that returns a vacant commercial property in Melville NY. The ball was so badly misshapen in the re-packaging that it is useless. The mat is advertised in photos on the website as being large enough for a young teen to stand on and perform drills to various spots on the mat. In actuality the mat is smaller than a standard door mat and only a 1 year old would be able to perform what the photos on the website show.

The product arrived within two weeks, that is a bit late but I enjoyed the anticipation of its arrival. It has a unique design that makes it a fun challenge to get the ball to bounce to a good height and also very less noise. Very good for kids and less stress for parents. Highly recommended for those looking for an engaging activity for their kids at home! less noise than normal basketball so you don't have to worry about the noise of bounce at home.

The customer service was decent byt as my 13 and 11 yr old said, "This ball is crap!" With force it will bounce but sometimes when it bounces back, it is not straight up so continuous dribbling is not possible. The shape was better after 24 hours but it still doesn't work well...hoping they will accept a return. Shipping took over a month and they said I could get a refund but after I received it so we will see....

This is a scam. Ordered weeks ago. No product--the tracking says it was here and now it's back in New Jersey. Can't get any response on several email support attempts.

So it took about three weeks to arrive; their tracking is not good. The product doesn’t look very impressive. It takes force to get the ball to bounce to a decent height. The package does not indicate “Dribble Dream”; it looks like a knock off. I wouldn’t order it again and I do not recommend it
