My puppy nearly choked on one of their products. They refunded without even an apology. A complete lack of care for their customers pets

We do not give our dogs 'Rawhide' products as they are, in our opinion nasty treats and one dog has adverse effects. We ordered a particular item but when it came the label stated it had Rawhide in it! The item online said something completely different, (Beef Strips Wrapped in Duck) no mention of "Rawhide".
On contacting them about this issue, they sent a crappy link "trying to" explanation the truth about Rawhide, saying it is" considered safe and of best quality".
If we had of wanted Rawhide, we would of just ordered such items.

I didn't realise that I hadn't ordered through the Trade Portal. Instead of phoning us they emailed. Unfortunately we missed this email due to being busy so were charged the public price. The email was to query our order, basically asking if we had meant to order through the public portal. Obviously not! So a phone call could have sorted this issue.
Third order.
We won't sell 'Rawhide' products as they are, in our opinion nasty treats. We ordered a particular item but when it came the label stated it had Rawhide in it, however the item online said something completely different. I checked the other items on the order and found that the percentages of the ingredients varied quite a lot from the online descriptions. So had to email them as there is no phone number for them. They sent some rubbish explanation about the Rawhide that they use, saying it is well manufactured. No 'Rawhide' product is well manufactured. They said they would arrange for it to be picked up. I replied to say that's great but as the business is closed on the day I asked for it to be collected from my home address. I received no reply.
Day of collection.
Received an email saying " due to technical issues we were unable to book the collection of your parcel" in other words they forgot, or due to the fact you can only contact via email, they missed the email. Not good enough! We won't be using them anymore.

Just received my first order from fried dog treats.Super fast delivery and love the resealable packaging.
My two dogs are loving it, great variety for all size of dogs. I have a standard poodle and a 14 week old staffy. Both owner and dogs very happy.

I lready ordered from them a few times now, we have 2 dalmatians which are very strong and chew trough everything pretty fast, here i find a good variety that can keep them busy for a while (15-20 mins 😅), easy to use website and fast delivery every time. Oh, and they always include some freebies with the order so i get to give a try to all kind of different treats and see if my dogs like them. No complaints from the dogs so far 😀.

Third time I've ordered these for my Bertie, he absolutely loves them. Would highly recommend Duck Filet Breast SStrips, he only weighs 4.kg, excellent value for money, always fresh when I take them out of the sealed packaging.

Always quick delivery. Treats are great for my poodle as he prefers the soft ones and we always get a couple of taster treats which saves you buying 100gms only to find he doesn't like them!

Fast delivery and overall good products. I have ordered the tough chewing treats. Unfortunately it's not tough. It's only took my dog 2 seconds to finish it. And she is only a small dog. Bug otherwise it's good.
