Great ordering and delivery one of the chairs is wonky does not sit squarely on the floor

Bar stools are just the most comfiest of bar stools I’ve ever sat on! I really love their stylish look, they were easy to assemble and I’m thrill with the quality.

Ordering process was easy and quick. Some ability to track delivery would be helpful as instructions about delivery (ie call beforehand) did not happen. Deliveryman was friendly. The chairs themselves are good quality. The height dimension differed from what was advertised (shorter back). We brought this to the company’s attention and the online description has now been rectified which is good to see. Company did also offer a discount on a future purchase.

Fabric samples are available for free which is very unusual for a chair so well-priced. I am delighted with the product. The finish and the swivel mechanism are great quality. Assembly was simple and they are very sturdy yet stylish pieces.
Delivery was super quick too.

The chairs were a good price ,the wooden legs went well with our existing dining suite and the oatmeal tweed fabric complemented it too so we are very pleased with the purchase. Easy to fit the legs and very sturdy. Delivery was very good with DPD on time with there estimate.

Excellent company to deal with my 4 dinning chairs were received next day by DPD and duly assembled except one of the legs was wrong John in Customer service dispatched a replaced and received next day.

Excellent communication throughout. Informed of a problem with order stock within 24hrs of order. Was offered an alternative product that was higher in price but at he same price as original order. Which i accepted. Order was shipped immediately and arrived the next day. Really happy with the service. Recived a follow up email following delivery with a discount on future orders. Found exactly the colour of dining chairs I was looking for. Rang company with a question about self assembly.
Call answered quickly, my query answered there and then. Placed order over the phone on Friday, delivered on Monday.
Extremely pleased with quality of chairs, and received a follow up email asking if everything was OK, stating 12 month guarantee and a discount on any subsequent orders.
Would not hesitate to recommend to others or use again myself.

Quick delivery from start to finish even though I missed 1st delivery date.
Product is classy and beautiful. Slightly different colour to my expectation but nevertheless lovely . Could have purchased a cheaper product elsewhere but thus was the one i wanted with a different wooden kegs to most other models
Delivery person very friendly and cam promptly next day. And support from john via email was superb
