Tried the demo but all features are disabled. There is really no way to perform anything with the software. So It was uninstalled few time after installation.

I noticed that you downloaded the program twice, Fro m this I assume the program would not open correctly which indicates too much clutter in your registry. If this is the case then you need to clean your registry. This is critical for Compiled Excel programs to run without errors

Software crashed/froze up several…
Software crashed but it was still useful. The concept is great but a bit tedious to work with. Calculation and built in specifications were awesome too.

The problem you are having with the software crashing is due to to many errors in your registry
You need to clean up the registry
What happens is that every time you delete , move, copy a program, Windows ends up leaving obsolete bits of code in the registry, so after a time the clutter, errors and crashes start to occur
I will email you a link for a good registry cleaner, this will fix your issues

All these items are in the Mud Engineer program
Apparently you downloaded and used the Mud Inventory trial program and as the name depicts this is an inventory not a full Mud Engineering program
However, Mud Inventory is also included in the Mud Engineer program.
I would suggest you download and try out the Mud Engineer program where you will find all the
hydraulic calculations PLUS:
ECD
Temperatures in °F or °C
Also hole cleaning

Firstly I don't see any sales manager downloading any program, I assume you are hiding behind a different email address.
Secondly it would be more helpful if you could refer to the program you don't understand how to use. We are here to help.
I should add that programs are being updated not only to include more features but also to suite clients requirements and that is something the no other company does.
The software is designed for Engineers and rig supervisors rather than sales managers so, if you don't understand how to use any of our program please let us know so that we can help you.

When I clicked on the link for the file in question it told me the file was not there. It had nothing to do with my computer. File was unavailable on your site

The program did not work. It required to but am extra software to clean my computer.
It was so complicated that I decided to uninstalled the program.

I am sorry that you couldn't run a simple $15 program on your computer this indicates too much junk code in your registry. the Tubing Tally program and the more complex programs like , Mud Engineer, Well Design and Casing design are being used in most oil producing countries and have been for the past 29 years.
You need to clean up your computer and here is the way to do it
