I placed a large custom order needed for an event. I tried reaching out about my order via phone, email, and social media multiple times and received no response. They charged my credit card for the order placed, but then did not follow through with the actual order or customer service. Do NOT order from this company.

Production and Customer Service Issues

I ordered my water bottles mid-April and was told they would ship May 22. There was no status update several days after that so I reached out to their customer service department. I was told they did not have the bottles in stock but promised delivery the week of June 15. That week came and went and I reached out again to customer service twice and did not get any response. I finally had to request a refund which was also not responded to. The production and customer service issues are huge at this point and at the end of all of this, I am left waiting for a refund with no product for my company.

I wish I could leave 0 stars

I placed order #2000136890 on June 5th after a phone conversation with a sales rep named Marcus, during which I clearly communicated a firm in-hands date of June 18th. I paid the premium price for the product and additionally paid for expedited shipping specifically to protect that deadline.
June 18th came and went. No shipment. No update. The portal still showed "In Production." I called the office multiple times — dialed every option on the phone tree, Sales, Accounting, Rep — no one answered. Ever.
Only after persistent calling did I receive a callback from a rep named Kyle, who informed me that the order was actually marked "Complete" in their system but hadn't shipped due to "man-power" issues. She mentioned it had been "looped in" with their logistics team to explore overnight delivery, with Saturday as a worst-case. I explicitly told her Saturday delivery was not viable — I would have to pay staff to come in on a weekend to receive it.
The order was eventually shipped via ground transportation. No one responded to my formal written complaint. No explanation. No compensation offered.
To make matters worse, when I originally placed the order, Marcus made a point of questioning why I wasn't asking for a discount on a large order — a comment that felt condescending, especially when other promotional vendors offered better pricing and free shipping without being asked.
This was a premium purchase for a branded corporate initiative. The experience was the opposite of premium. Zero communication, a missed deadline, an ignored complaint, and a shipping method that contradicted what I paid for. If your order has any time sensitivity whatsoever, look elsewhere.

Don't bother

I placed an order two months ago and still have not received it, and every time I reach out to customer service I am assured someone will be in contact with me but still nothing. They claim your order will ship in 14 business days, so that's a lie. I spent over 800 dollars and at this point I am doubting of this is a real company.

Complete Scam. Save your money

We have placed an order over $800 for water bottles for free merch for a company grand opening and drinkbranders.con has gone silent. We have sent multiple emails and continue to follow up with no response. Total scam.

Never Received, No Communication from Business

We placed an order March 19, 2026 and still have not received it. Drink Branders will not return our calls. We have received one email mid-April stated staffing difficulties, but no follow up with a new ETA or anything. We spent over $1000 on this order and fear we may now be in the position of fighting the charge, though we'd rather just receive the product.

Never received $4000 order

Placed an order 2 months in advance for an event, but we never received the order, which is listed as still in production. No response from customer service for over a week.

Outstanding customer services!

I was given a task of getting branded merchandise to a customer with a very small window. My Expert worked with me to get a great product that met my deadline.

Great Customer Service

I was having some issues with the website so I called in and was assisted. The representative was incredibly helpful and made the rest of my ordering process seamless. She was able to clearly breakdown the rest of the process and shipping estimate for me so I would have an idea of the timeline to receive my order once the design was finalized.
