Love their products, sucks the customer support is awful and never gets back to you. I’ve had an issue with my last order for almost a week and I still haven’t heard back from them. They’re also sold out on most things all the time.

been almost 2 weeks hasent even shipped yet...tried for 3-4 days straight to get into contact with them to see whats going on

I use CTRL mainly for the cereal-flavored powders—Cookies & Cream legit tastes like the bottom of a bowl of Oreo O’s. Shipping is quick and price is fair. Lately every third bag has been clump-city though, and the last batch of mini cookies was soft when it should’ve been crispy. It’s still my go-to, but QA feels like it’s easing off the gas.

Received products on Monday, Wednesday opened one of the cookies and it was moldy. Contacted their help through their email and never got a response. This is a potential health and safety issue

This used to be one of my favorite products but it seems as time goes on they just get worse. They are CONSTANTLY out of stock of many flavors for months at a time. At the time of writing they currently have 3 OF 7 of their flavors which is just a common occurrence at this point. They need to stop worrying about Rick Ross car shows and their spinoff products and maybe just put more effort into maybe actually stocking their main product?

Honestly when I saw all the ads about a gamer friendly, easy to prepare drink I was really excited. As someone who's not only a gamer, but who has a tendency to just forget to eat sometimes I thought that these drinks would be a lifesaver. And for some people they definitely will be. For me though, while I think the overall taste is pretty decent, tasting like cereal, I simply cant get over the texture. No matter how much you shake it up, use a little extra milk, or use a shaker with a shaker ball, it never fully mixes in with the milk leaving clumps of powder clinging onto the added cereal pieces. And the worst part for me unfortunately is that it has that protein feel in your mouth as you drink it. It sort of costs your mouth in this weird texture that I cant really describe that really doesnt do it for me. I've had other protein bars and drinks that also leave that sort of odd film in your mouth, and I was hoping it wouldnt happen with this, but unfortunately it does. If you are more used to protein or dont mind the feeling it leaves behind though, I dont think these drinks will be a problem for you! Getting past the protein I think the flavor of the drinks hits really well. I just cant get passed the protein. Thankfully they have options for sample packs, which I'm glad I did rather than a large pack though which is nice for a sample.

The order I received in my subscription is wrong. I've sent in two support tickets, one on Thursday and one today and still have not received a response. The order is delivered now, I have it at my home, and still haven't received any reply to either ticket. This is completely unacceptable, I really liked your products but between getting PLASTIC in my powder bag, the horrible ui where subscriptions are hidden (I still don't know where it is, I have to use the email I received to access it) and now this, you've lost a customer.

Terrible company, customer service took weeks, they also lie about stuff and don't keep promises, product took like a month or so also... just terrible company.. stay away!!

Great taste and value for the money! Loved that they offer the variety options so I was able to try a few different flavors before I purchased the larger bag.
This is a wonderful find as someone who usually ALWAYS forgets to eat most meals (especially breakfast) and satisfies my late night sweet tooth without ruining the days progress. Will definitely continue to purchase!

It’s still good! It kinda taste like “Horchata” to me but I also get the taste of “Milk after C.T.C.” Toward the end. So I guess you could say it’s “Just Not My Cup of CTRL” lol

I love the sampler bundles. I need to rotate flavors. All of the shakes I've tried are delicious, they taste like cereal milk. The fruity cereal one was the only one I felt could use some work. It's a bit sweet and synthetic. Website is easy to navigate, as is the checkout process. Shipping time is satisfactory. I do wish there was an option to order more than one bundle of samples.

Cookie is tiny. Doesn’t look like the picture at all. Tastes like powder and has very little flavor

I was able to buy my whole older with no issue. But a handful of days later I had multiple cancellations on some of my items while I was refunded the money which made up for it this delayed the shipment of my items. I then was told it would be shipped and delivered by February 27 is now march 7 and I can no longer get updates about shipping because it says it’s been delayed.

Ever since I bought their protein cookies, I have transitioned from ordering fast food for breakfast to having one every morning, reducing the amount of money wasted on junk food AND improving my general health as well. The Black Ice are my favorite the the Chocolate Chip coming at a close second. The only thing I don’t like about the service is that there is no way to create a substitute for a subscription that automatically replaces the order when one is out of stock, leaving me wondering why my order didn’t come in. Other than that, would absolutely recommend.

I wanted to cancel my order, and was told I could, then they stopped responding to me until it was to late and I was stuck paying

Taste great, and fast shipping

The United Galaxy Shaker Cup i received is a very solid cup. A nice flexible metal shaker and has a very good quality feel to it. It doesn't feel brittle. Two nitpicks are that it sorta smells on the interior and B you can't see any liquids on the outside.
