Great product and a great customer service team with a can do attitude. I have a regular subscription and my latest one was shipped out on time last week but DHL kept delaying it saying they were unable to attempt delivery. I emailed Hip Pop to let them know so they could look into when it was likely to be delivered and they've apologised and sent a replacement straight away, No fuss, no delays, no having to wait to find out what the issue is. Absolutely exceeded my expectations. As I say, their drinks are brilliant and I'd have waited whilst they investigated but no need. Highly recommended!

Love the CBD kombucha, shame it's so pricey. That will be for treats.

I actually love this drink. I have a subscription which is really nice. I drink this in a wine glass when all my friends are drinking alcohol. Lovely

Lovely flavours

Tasty and refreshing, great alternative to both regular fizzy drinks or alcohol. Sparkling rather than fizzy and just the right amount of natural sweetness.

I’m a huge fan of Hip Pop, the kombucha is delicious and I drink it every day. The customer service is spot on too and a special thank you to Louise who sent me some soda to try. You rule Louise! 😋

I’ve tried the berries and cherries soda, and the tropical peach soda. The berries and cherries is gorgeous, and the tropical peach is really pleasant too. They are naturally flavoured, and don’t contain added sugar or any nasties, with the bonus that they have live cultures.

I really enjoy these drinks and will be buying more, as I like something carbonated / fizzy now and then as a change to water, juice, squash, tea and other flat drinks. These are great for me, as I don’t like cola, lemonade, or the falsely flavoured carbonated drinks, and they seem like a healthy choice.

When I had a problem with a very late delivery (9 days and counting), Hip Pop’s response was quick, helpful, kind and cheery. 💯

Truly incredible from start to finish. I had ordered a few Hip Pops online, but unfortunately, the first package went missing. I reached out via the "Hello" email, and to my surprise, Louise replied within the hour. This level of responsiveness is almost unheard of these days, especially when so many brands simply don't respond.

Louise immediately stepped in to help solve the mystery of the missing parcel and offered two thoughtful options: a full refund or a replacement. I chose the replacement, and everything was handled seamlessly.

Love love love hip pop! My favourite flavours are all the ginger ones. I love having a hip pop now instead of a glass of wine before tea - feels a real treat. Great delivery too so a very happy customer.

Nice product and a very efficient service

I’ve always had a great customer experience when ordering directly from Hippop, and their kombuchas and gut loving sodas are very tasty as well as being good for my gut microbiome.

My Son has a learning disability and I was always having to say no to his pleas for cans of soda numerous times a day.
Now I don’t have to say No. The drinks are really low sugar and great tasting, but he now drinks the Kombucha which is an absolute game changer.
