Established in 2019 by Emma and Kenny, Hip Pop's inception sprang from Kenny's battle with IBS. Introduced to kombucha during her time in America, Emma showed Kenny how to make it for himself. Within a matter of weeks, many of Kenny’s problems were alleviated - and it led to the creation of Hip Pop which has grown into the business that it is today. Taste unfortunately a definite no from me
Whilst ordering and delivery were first class, for me, the kombucha flavours are a definite no. Reading all the reviews, I thought I’d try this brand as there are so many positives about the taste. I had high hopes. Unfortunately (I stress for me!) the fermented taste isn’t disguised and the flavours just don’t work. Not a pleasant experience! I’m relatively new to kombucha so am trying all the brands that are natural (ideally no stevia). So far Counter Culture is hitting the right spot. I’ll keep searching

Excellent customer service ~ fantastic new lemonade!
Excellent customer service, I asked Hip Pop to help with a query and they came back very quickly. I've ordered a case of the new Yellow Sun Lemonade, it is amazing. When Hip Pop discontinued their old lemonade, I was so disappointed and had written to them, asking if they might reconsider. Not only have they done this, they have greatly improved on the old recipe. The new lemonade is soft, with a wonderful lemony tang, almost like a very lemony ice cream soda. It is very addictive and delicious and best of all, lo cal with no artificial sweeteners. Thank you, Hip Pop!

Great drinks
I prefer the kombucha, but I accidentally set up a subscription for the pop after trying that (my fault). It’s still nice, but I’ve amended to kombucha for future deliveries. I must admit I thought delivery was free for subscriptions but I may have missed that too as I did it in a rush. Regardless, great brand and fab drinks.

I love these drinks they not only taste really amazing but they do your body good too. Excellent customer service when an issue occured with delivery that wasn't their fault it was still dealt with promptly and very efficiently . Highly recommended your stomach will thank you 😀

Great taste & health benefits
I love Hip Pop Kombucha & Soda, it is refreshing & just sweet enough for my taste. Since starting to drink a can a day, I have definitely noticed an improvement in my digestive system. Initially I was interested in the antioxidant benefits of Konbucha & tried many varieties, I found Hip Pop in my independent health store & loved it from the very first tin!❤️
