Their customer service has been ATROCIOUS thus far. They are absolutely not honoring their 90 day satisfaction guarantee. The product took weeks to arrive, customer service had an average response time of 3 days, and they are trying to put the onus on me to send back whatever’s left. This is in complete opposition to their 90 day guarantee, which states you can keep whatever is left, and they will refund you no questions asked. If I drank it for 80 days, what am I shipping back? This is a typical bait and switch tactic. They have been ignoring my refund requests as well. I may be forced to charge back.

Had been dealing with this company for years. They had a good product even though they kept changing the product line and kept adding/removing flavors. But recently I started to get clumped up packets in my order that don't dissolve. They offered me a replacement, but shipped the same exact stuff (clumpy, not easily dissolving) when I informed them that they did the same thing, they offered a replacement for a different flavor and I agreed to it. I NEVER received the replacement with the other flavor. It's a complete failure of customer service especially since they add on this "onward checkout+" insurance in case you need a replacement. So they have you paying for a service that provides replacements if your order is damaged, but then never make good on it. There are many other options for hydration supplements, I'd highly suggest going with any of those over hydrant
