This is one of the best purchases I have ever made! The recycling of plastic water bottles had become a full time job but now we don't use plastic anymore. I love that I can use any supermarket undiluted juice and dilute it before I carbonate it! The whole family love this machine so much and much preferred to the original make with Syrups!

Very quick delivery (<48 hours from order to delivery) and a fair price

I ordered 2nd of January. I didn't receive my parcel. Customer service doesn't respond. No phone number.

Only used for a few days but already great for having tonic on hand for my gin. 😆

So straightforward to use. The product is aesthetically pleasing. Looks easy to clean. Making carbonated water is a doddle because you only need to depress the dispenser and hold and it sounds when the water is carbonated. No wasting gas. Basically the opposite of my experience with a well known competitor.

Ordered through Argos in December. Item hasn't arrived, escalated five times to Drinkmate who haven't responded. I now have to wait for Drinkmate to acknowledge the cancellation before Argos will refund me which I can't see happening. What a dreadful company.

My order arrived and all the bottles based have been glued incorrectly and have become separated . I've contacted drinkmate about it twice but may aswell be shouting into the abyss as they do not reply to any customer service emails (been over 3 weeks now)

2 CO2 cylinders returned three ago, Nothing back. No response to emails or phone calls (hold music). Phone number has been removed from their website. Expensive disapointment up to now - as the bottles aren't cheap are they???

UPDATE - since i published this, this morning I received my voucher......

4 CO2 cylinders returned a month ago, tracking confirms delivery. Nothing back. No response to multiple emails. I'm currently on the phone to them listening to piano music with no sign of them answering after 30 minutes. We like the machine, this is our first gas return and we've been without gas for nearly 3 weeks.

I placed an order 22nd November and on 26th November was provided with a delivery tracker. The item has not left Stearn Electrics since then and I have also had no response from Drinkmate customer services or Stearn Electrics. For heaven's sake, someone please respond or give me a refund!!!

Item ordered on 26th November and still not arrived.
I emailed the supplier on the 6th December only to get an auto reply of being busy. Surely you must be able to predict when your sales are going to be high in Black Friday. Absolutely no communication from the supplier or apologies about the delay

Terrible customer service - in fact there is no customer service. CO2 replacement a joke, don't bother trying to use this service you are wasting your time and money. Despite repeatedly contacting both Drinkmate and their CO2 delivery (they are not the same company) no-one interested in your problem or sorting it out. Have moved onto a more reliable supplier - also cheaper !

The product itself is amazing but customer support are atrocious. I have been trying to arrange an exchange on warranty as the product started malfunctioning. Emails to customer service keep asking questions in a loop without looking at my previous answers in the email chain. And each answer takes them 10-14 days on average. No way to call them.

Always quick, efficient service.

This is awesome!!! It is abrilliant bit of kit - fast and easy to use - and will carbonate ANYTHING! cannot reccommend this enough.
