Complete scam

Similar to the other reviews shared, the company are a joke. You order products marked as ‘in stock’ and then they never arrive. You can’t get a response from customer service when you request a refund. I made an order over a month ago and I’ve emailed them 3 times asking for a refund and they just ghost you. Today they then had the audacity to charge me a second time for this same order that I’ve never received and have asked for a refund for, multiple times. This company are a complete scam.

FULL REFUND RECEIVED - Issue finally resolved

FINAL UPDATE: The company has now refunded the remaining €31.41. The case is now fully resolved with a total refund of €45.31. Although it was a stressful process and required a lot of pressure, they fulfilled their promise to return the money. Thank you.

UPDATE Friday, May 8th:
I have finally received the refund for the shipping fees (€13.90). Regarding the products, the company has now committed to refunding the remaining €31.41 by the beginning of next week. I am waiting for this final transaction to be completed to settle this matter. I will update again once the full amount is back in my account.

UPDATE Wednesday, May 6th:
Still NO MOVEMENT. UPS tracking is still stuck on 'Label Created' from April 27th. Despite Roy's daily apologies and a partial refund of shipping fees, the actual product has NEVER been handed over to the courier. They are using partial refunds as a tactic to delay bank disputes. This company is a scam. Full fraud report already active with my bank.

UPDATE Tuesday, May 5th:
I’ve had enough of the excuses. Roy admitted there was a "mix-up" and promised to ship my order immediately while refunding the shipping fees. It was another empty promise. As of today, UPS still hasn’t received the package. This company is literally holding my money hostage while providing zero proof of shipment. I have reported this as FRAUD to my bank. Do not trust their "support" or their "promises." They are incompetent or worse. I want my FULL refund now.

I paid €13.90 for UPS Express (1-3 days) on Sunday. It's now Wednesday evening and UPS tracking still shows the package was never received. Customer support (Roy) gave me false information and is now ignoring my emails. I've only received automated replies. Unacceptable service for a premium shipping fee. I want my refund. Order #DS30856

Impossible to contact after bottle broke after 2 weeks

I was happy with the product, I ordered a bottle and electrolytes. The lid broke after just 2 weeks.

Now I have tried to reach customer service, have been written 4 emails and contacted on instagram. No replies at all.

Was going to order more if they just could replace or compensate for the bottle. But not now. Terrible service and you can’t contact them.

Joke of a company

I am in totaly agreement with an other persons review - Don't order from these people

Same thing with me - First order arrived ok, but then i selected the subscription and they've taken the money and nothing arrived. I was billed £38.99 on 19th Feb, nothing arrived.

I chased them and finally got a reply, from Roy the customer service rep on the 3rd March (8 days ago) that said "Your latest order has already been shipped from us and arrived at UPS’s warehouse in Stanford Le Hope yesterday. This means it should soon be prepared for delivery."

8 days on and still nothing has been delivered, I haven't been offered anything for their mess, no discount, nothing at all. I have now requested a full refund so lets see what happens.

Do yourself a favour and just put some pink Himalayan salt and a bit of lemon juice and take a magnesium tablet and don't waste your time or money on these fools.

Don't order from these people.
First order arrived ok, but then i selected the subscription and my auto re-order 6th Jan, has STILL Not arrived. It's now 5th Feb.
Customer service have replied 2x in 1 month. And still no action taken.
Their 'live' chat bot' is not live at all. the green live circle is fake.
No tel number. No customer service.
Do not buy from here. Go to a local company as these people cannot ship successfully from their warehouse.

What's the point in a subscription if it doesnt arrive. I've been without the product now for over 1 month!

And then when they dont answer you on instragram or reply to your complaints, they block you.

It is a scam

It is a scam. I have been trying to reach the customer service for weeks as I never received my package and therefore wanted to request a refund.

Man kan ikke få kontakt til kundeservice

Fint produkt, men lang leveringstid. Har forsøgt at komme i kontakt med deres kundeservice i over en måned da det ene produkt var gået i stykker, men uden held. Køber ikke her fra igen.
Deres elektrolytter er fine, men smagen er meget kraftig, så det skal man være til, eller købe den smagsneutrale. Jeg går med et dansk brand næste gang.

Horrible customer service

After original issues with shipping I got no answer at all after contacting customer service. Only replied on Instagram after a while. Offered to solve the problem but never shipped anything the second time.

Do not order.

Forretning ikke i Danmark,længere leveringstid

Ved bestilling side helt på dansk,så tror man at man bestiller fra Danmark.Ingen oplysninger hvor meget skal man vente på bestilling.Troede at produkt vil komme frem på torsdag,senest fredag morgen da jeg har brug for det nu i weekenden,men så opdaget at produkt er slet ikke i Danmark og sendes ikke fra Danmark,forretning er i Sverige.
