Drippy Custom Avis 

I ordered LV Jordan One's. And they are beautiful. I had to contact customer service to handle a small issue. They were quick fast and made the adjustment needed quickly no hassle.

I’ve purchased an amazing number of these shoes and I continue to purchase again and again. Their customer service is incredible. They don’t have problems often, but when they do, they fix them quickly. I couldn’t be more impressed and am a fan for life. Amazing company. Incredible shoes.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPany— I asked them if I can do a different design and told them to make 3 simple changes to a shoe and they kept sending me a shoe that was not even the same shoe I was asking for - instructions a 3 year old can understand - it was the worst experience I ever had w a compamy - reading comprehension don’t exist - asked for a specific design jersey to be turned white and they kept sending me a shoe w a doffernt design - changing things I never asked they are absolute morons and not legit

Marketing ad mentioned free sample, it was not a real sample but just a sample of a sketch / mockup that any AI can create in seconds. The shoes are then $300+ and not free and from the reviews below are suspect of authenticity so I did not want to pay $300+ before seeing the real product

When I first ordered my custom shoes they ask you for a budget and I selected $300. And there was a $39 deposit.

They communicated back and forth about the design, and while that exchange was slow (often with 2 days between replies) I approved the design.

They then sent me an invoice which was for significantly more than $300. Plus they had the $39 deposit on top of that which was not taken out of the final invoice. This is not a standard practice.

I contacted them about this price issue. And I had questions about the several different addresses and locations associated with the invoice.

This is when it took over 3 days for a reply (possibly 4 days I don’t remember at this point because this started nearly 2 months ago).

After not hearing from the company for that long I wrote a review and gave them 1 star.

This review apparently got them to respond because I then heard back from them immediately.

After some exchange back and forth the price I agreed to on the sign up page when they asked for my budget was honored. Work began on the shoes. They sent quality control pics. I had questions about the pics and they did send another video with better quality. And I approved them.

The shoes arrive about 8 days later.

The pros: they did good work and the finished product looks exactly like the mockup design. I’m very happy with that.

The cons: communication can be very slow. From what I understand there is maybe a hub for the company. And then artists in different places around the world? I’m not sure. Which is fine once you know this. And then the issue with the order page where it asks for your budget. And they send an invoice for more than the budget you selected. To their credit they did honor it but only after I pushed back on it.

So this is a niche business. Specializing in products you can’t just get anywhere. So some delays and complications are to be expected. Ordering a custom made product should take time and I’m fine with that.

Maybe my best thing I can say is that I do plan to buy from them again. Their LV/Nike custom shoes look amazing and I want a pair.

They will do your design and make shoes exactly like the design. And the price is reasonable for custom shoes. Just be prepared for slow communication back and forth.

Ordered several pairs of custom-designed Air Force 1s from Drippy as gifts. Although the order was delayed/got stuck in Customs, the Drippy team handled the situation professionally and without hesitation. They reproduced the order and shipped a replacement at no cost.

The shoes arrived in great condition and met our quality and design expectations. They were well-received and the sneakerheads were impressed!

I appreciate the company’s responsiveness and willingness to stand behind their product. While the process had a few bumps, the outcome was positive, and we’re happy with both the product and Drippy's customer service.

Five stars, flawless, greater than great! Nik and the entire Drippy Custom team delivered A+++ custom shoes for us! Our client was so happy!

I really like the design that you was able to come alive.. I been shopping around for the longest to find a custom sneakers outlet to have my sneakers custom.. only thing I think it might take a little too long to for the sneakers to be ship

The best part about Drippy Customs is the feeling of being treated as if you are the only client they have! Meaning they are attentive and on point when making sure all orders are taken with care and seen through until you have yours in hand!

I can say without reservation… I will not seek custom shoes from anyone else…

1st pair of sneakers I ever customized and and they did an AMAZING! Job some of what I asked them to customize I thought would be impossible but they did em so perfect I think instead of wearing them I'm going to make a display case and put them in it and save it as my souvenir and just get some more customized because there so perfect I don't even want to wear em I actually checked several sneakers stores online and even Nike before finding drippy customs and all of them unable to customize them that's what makes you different as well oh and the sneaker is 100% authentic so your getting what you pay for you rock drippy customs🤟🔌

Not even real jordans.... for the price you can atleast use real jordans. Uncomfortable knock off and the tongue of the shoe is unfinished and tacky!!!

Ordered custom Air Jordan's and received face toner. Had to make a dispute and wait for a new card. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Ordered Customer Shoes with my company logo on them and couldn't be happier with how they turned out! I have gotten so many compliments on them and will be ordering again in the furture!

1. Die Dior-Canvas ist an mehreren Stellen ausgefranst und ungleichmäßig. Die Kanten wirken rau und schlecht verarbeitet, was auf den offiziellen Produktbildern nicht der Fall ist.
2. Die graue Farbe auf der Sohle ist nicht sauber aufgetragen. Die Linie ist ungleichmäßig und weist sichtbare Fehler auf.

Für ein Produkt in dieser Preisklasse ist das absolut inakzeptabel. Bitte überprüfen Sie den Artikel erneut und teilen Sie mir mit, wie wir dieses Problem lösen können. Ich erwarte, dass der Zustand dem entspricht, was online beworben wird.

I ordered the Blue Chrome Hearts Air Force 1s, and I’m beyond impressed with the quality. The craftsmanship is outstanding—the details on the crosses are crisp and precise, and the blue chrome finish looks even better in person. The shoes fit perfectly and arrived exactly as pictured on the website. Definitely worth the wait!

Finally received Off-Louis customs from Drippy and honestly they are sick. The design is just how I imagined, quality feels really good, and they came in custom suitcase that matches the design!!! For sure will order more!

I was a little optimistic about the shoes...but once i received them OMG they're awesome. Im a sneaker head and these are by far my favorite. I live here in Calcasieu parish (Louisiana) and i wanted a pair to match our bridge in which will be tore down in the upcoming years. The guys have matched the shoes PERFECTLY...now i call them the Cal-ca-shoes lol. Everyone i see loves them and even my Mother wants her a pair and they are designing hers as we speak. Thanks Again

I got the black denim dunks & I LOVE them. I constantly get asked where they are from and the quality is soo good. They are perfect for my day-to-day outfits but are still very unique. Going to buy more shoes asap
