Raghu is a fraud and scamster. Drivars is a fake agency which takes your money and stop responding at all. Plz be very careful I lost money and warning everyone

It's a scam. They will ask you to pay the registration fee ahead and then they will not get back to you. A guy called Raghu interacted with me. I tried reaching out multiple times and there was no response. Do not fall for this trap.

These guys are frauds. Booked with half advance, the driver ghosted 15 mins before the start. The person on 9902911968 who took the booking ghosted next when I asked for a refund (7 dec 2024 booking) No refund despite no service provided and inconvenienced us needlessly as cherry on top. Either really inept or complete frauds, stay away.

They are a fraud company. I booked for a driver on their website. I paid fully for the same. Next day I get a call saying they did not get payment. When I sent them payment reference, the person said the amount will be refunded and to book a driver by paying him directly I refused. They did not even refund the money, when I called customer service, the person was rude and said to do whatever I could. Do not get cheated

They are fraud, they collect adv and act as if they arrange a driver. You will get either a driver or the adv money will be paid.....be careful

This is a fraud company cheating in the name of providing driver. I booked a driver from Bhubaneswar to Berhampur for one day. I was asked to pay Rs800/-. Although I was not happy with this, still I paid as I needed a driver urgently. I received a phone number of a driver and I called him. He agreed to come next day early morning but he switched off his mobile. After several calls and messages to the service provider, I received another number. He said he does not know who is drivars.com. since I already paid rs800, he said he may not get that money from them abd asked for full amount. After sometime he refused to provide service. Finally I had to book a cab and reach Berhampur as it was an emergency. Drivars.com stopped answering my calls and I lost rs800. I never recommend anyone to fall prey to this company who have written all positive reviews on their own.

I've rented a car from Drivar.de for my vacation in Germany. I've set all the details and paid a downpayment of almost 1,000Euros. The first car they promised me was not available. They couldn't deliver the car at all. I had to find another solution so that my short vacation and road trip will not be totally lost. When I got back home, I requested a refund for my down payment and they refused to pay me back. They suggested I'll get a voucher for future service, but that's unacceptable. I've also found that there are many people that got the same treatment from them and that Drivar.de did not refund them at all.

I had called their CS team and asked for a driver service. Got call back from their Pune team followed by an agent who was supposed to arrange driver to and fro to Ratnagiri from Pune. It was a pathetic experience. The driver who drove us from Pune was supposed to drive 1 day after as well from Ratnagiri to Pune. But he called and started negotiating before the day of our return asking extra money for his commute. The agent who Co ordinated the whole journey gave a different driver detail as the previous one was unprofessional and spoke badly with me on phone. But, that driver denied, similarly got multiple driver details until the night before our return journey as nobody was agreeing to come, probably the money which the company would be paying was not sufficient for them. Finally, got a driver who took us from Ratnagiri to Pune, but again I had to shell out extra money, as the agent had hired him at a higher price. This is not the end. The driver after dropping us called me as the agent was not picking up his call and had not paid him the balance amount as per the agreement. So, I shared CS number with him. I would never ever avail their services in future, specially when I am with my family.
