We booked out trip from Saket, Delhi to Vrindavan. The cab came at correct time. We had a wonderful one day trip to Vrindhavan and back. Shout out to Rajinder our driver. The most professional driver we could have.Full 5 stars for the cab service.

The drive assist is abusing with driver and give him his payment on time this is worst company they are froud person . I have audio call recording where staff abusing with driver they are big frouds

We weren't sure whether this app will be of help but in less than 15mins time the Drive Assist team confirmed the driver details. We had a wonderful experience, Driver Ankit assigned for the duty was polite and good.

Scammers, thy pretend to be a dvla and than charge you - silly me for not picking up on this earlier, but oh well, they charge for a subscription through out another 3rd party company doing exactly the same. you never realize you have signed a contract with them but when you ask for it they will refuse to send it - after that they will send you a contract termination with your apparent ok for all this you own me £117 altogether - i am waiting for my money back
both companies UK DRIVE ASSIST and BRITISH DRIVE

I booked a driver for an outstation trip and the trip was scheduled for 1 hour after the booking was requested. The status showed pending till the time of the pickup. I had to cancel the booking 10 mins after the pickup time since the status was pending. As soon as I canceled the trip, I got a message on WhatsApp saying is your trip confirmed,
Sharing my dissapointment got me an answer from the other side of whatsapp

“ website pr number nai dekha, call krlet, 1 ghanta pehle inhe driver chahiye, bewakoof”.

Unavailability of the driver is still bearable but such behaviour from so called service providers is disgusting and such employees/business owners should be ashamed. A serious action should be taken against the person on the whatsapp chat.

Great and quick service by Drive Assist , they arranged a chauffeur in just 30 min and made my journey comfortable, Mr Ravi - The chauffeur is very polite and understands the place well.

I thought this is the new way to solve the problem for those who looking for drivers and I felt amazing after connecting with your team.
However, you and your team has lost my TRUST and now I felt like you guys cheated me. I canceled my journey a day before due to my health issue and asked for the refund, Your team member said it will refunded to you next day. Today is Monday I follow-up and your team said you canceled the journey money will not be refunded. I read your refund policy on website its mentioned as Refund Policy for Driver booking
b. In case the booking is for a journey starting before 7 am, The refund will be processed if the cancelation is done before 9 pm day before. i.e night before the journey day.
You team blocked me on your whatsapp number +919991151178 and when i called they disconnected the line. Money is not a big thing for me, but once you lost the customer trust this will impact to multiple new customer to connect with you in future. This is what E-commerce and online business these days. I hope, you will take it as feedback. Thank You.

Poor service of Driveassist and many of their drivers have poor driving skills. Hardly dependable and hardly worth availing their service

Last time I did a duty for which I have not yet received my money. They have done similar thing with many people, whose full video I have uploaded on social media and their behavior is also very bad. Improve yourself even now. You can never be benefited by calling the money earned by hard work of those who work hard all day, even God is watching now. God does not waste time in bringing down such people, I want to tell everyone through comment. There are many agencies in the market who are better than these, you should give booking to those agencies and those who eat the hard earned money of the drivers. Boycott them,

Hi I hired a dricee today. He didn't met the expectations. I am happy with the service. In spite of telling him to take from shorter route. He took us from longer route. I will strongly not recommend anyone to any service from this platform.

We had a great experience with drive assist team. I have used their service twice and it was very smooth. Driver came before time and got the details of driver couple of hours before our journey.
