Very easy to organise and very helpful with the quick responses to my queries. Airport collection was great and car ready to go when we arrived (though they could have washed all the dust off it before we took it)
Loved the Peugeot especially the Hybrid feature as fuel was so expensive compared to Australia. Will definitely use them again.

Ive been enquiring about drivenow camper and 4x4 relocation program and I just wanted to say thanks to Jack in reservations, i dont think ive ever come across anyone so helpful and knowledgeable about all there vehicles and pretty much anything else you need to know.

Easy to book. We changed our original dates without any hassle. Pick up and drop off was smooth. This was our first time renting a camper. Van had everything we needed. New and very comfortable.

Having rented campers from DriveNow on several occasions, the experience has always been very positive! Living on a different continent, it is extremely helpful that DriveNow provides good, constructive suggestions, is patient and helpful in every regard. Easily the best experience in terms of renting anything in my entire life. Their response is very fast, the information is always accurate. I rarely recommend a business, but DriveNow - no hesitation to recommend!

Ich kann DriveNow mit Sitz in Australien gar nicht empfehlen! Wir haben vor 2 Jahren einen Camper in NZ gebucht. Wegen Corona konnten wir die Reise erst jetzt in 2/2023 antreten (um unsere nicht erstattungsfähige Anzahlung abzureisen). Man wechselte den Anbieter von Apollo zu Jucy/Star, ohne uns zu informieren. Am Anmietungstag war das Fahrzeug nicht da! Man verwies auf Jucy/Star, die schuld wären und sie, DriveNow, hätten damit nichts zu tun. Sie wären nur Vermittler der am Markt günstigsten Vermieter und alles andere wäre Sache zwischen Vermieter/Mieter. Wir sollten (haben wir auch) uns selbst kümmern. Im höchstenmaß kundenunfreundlich! Kostenerstattung, Entschuldigung etc. - Fehlanzeige. Jucy hat (angeblich) DriveNow Tage vor unserer Ankunft über Fahrzeugprobleme informiert. DriveNow hat nicht geantwortet oder sich gekümmert. Angeblich hatte Jucy eine falsche Kontaktadresse. Ich würde im Leben nicht noch einmal mit DriveNow buchen. Bucht lieber direkt beim Vermieter, als über diesen Mittler, der in Australien sitzt.

These people are crooks this is a SCAM SCAM SCAM I bought a car less than a year ago and CONSTANT issues from the time I bought it. I have had to get gaskets replaced and now my transmission a 2017 Dodge Journey and I bought it in 2021 this place SUCKS crooks and predators

Have you this company multiple times in Australia and most recently in the US . Great cars , great prices and easy pick up /drop offs .

Amazing customer service. They respond immediately every time we contact them. They were so wonderful with the whole lock down/border closure issues we had especially at a time that was so difficult for businesses such as themselves. Will absolutely book with them in the future.

Will not book with them again. $250 'cancellation fee' even though the borders have been shut as per government mandate. Kept saying I was cancelling when in fact I can not enter the state. Also told if i left it another week it would be a $500 cancellation fee. Only after this saying they 'could help me' with a credit to use later. Why would I want to after that rude conversation.the guy I spoke to was very condescending.

I've been trying to get in touch with drivenow all day: I've called their generic US, New York, Los Angeles numbers multiple times and there has been no answer. There is a message that all team members are on other calls, yet no option to wait in a queue which makes me wonder if anyone is actually there. I've left a message with the New York office asking for an email back, nothing. All three numbers direct you to the live chat function on their website - when you click on live chat there's a message that the agents are off line. Is this company for real? What is going on here?

It appears this company is either bankrupt or dodging refunds. None of their global phone numbers work, live chat on website is disabled. Feels like I'm not getting my money back.

Update: hours after this update I got an email response to my request where my refund was after 10 weeks of waiting that I send before calling many numbers across the globe listed on their website, before I posted my review. Their initial promise was that I would get my refund back within 3-6 weeks.
So combining the fact that I had waited 1 month longer than that and I called NL, UK, US, AU numbers which all but one weren't connected. The one that was had a voicemail saying they should be open at that time, and pointed to a non working live chat.
So I did my due diligence. But to be transparent, yesterday they reached out and promised to refund me this week. Keep you posted.
