Very unprofessional and highly unresponsive.

I have been waiting for three weeks for my deposit to be returned, only to be told that they have no record of it in their system. This points to serious deficiencies in their internal administrative processes. Errors are made, and when issues arise—especially those with potential legal implications—there is little to no accountability or communication. Even simple client inquiries go unanswered.

At a minimum, there should be an effort to treat clients with the same level of respect, transparency, and responsiveness that one would expect in return.

I would recommend being very careful when choosing a real estate agent. I worked with Artem Malin, who prepared the tenancy contract and received the commission, but failed to disclose major drawbacks of the apartment. Initially, he showed us a unit with a direct view of garbage containers — eventually, I found a suitable option myself.

When serious issues later appeared in the apartment, he acted as if he was helping but no real solutions were provided. In the end, he stated that he had no responsibility and was only in charge of the paperwork.

This came as an unpleasant surprise, as I expected at least some basic support during the tenancy.

If you’re expecting your agent to assist you beyond just signing documents, I strongly recommend clarifying the scope of their responsibility in advance — and thinking twice before working with someone who distances themselves as soon as a problem arises.
