Driver Administration Avis 

This company is acting like a criminal, mugging me of £89. How can they be given the OK but the government. No indication that they will be taking £89 every 3 months. refusing to refund. I have contacted my bank and will report them to the DVLA or the police.

Complete rip off was not made aware that i had even signed on yo them so it cost me £89 for nothing, but Barclays have been no help as they say these people are legit ....my axxe

Scam avoid, not clear or transparent. They sign you up for a membership of £89 every three months. It’s not made clear on the website how to cancel this.

What an awful company, they charge me £89 for a subscription I never new I signed up for with just a 72hour 'free trial' in which they never informed me about, I phoned them up to explain my situation and was met with some of the rudest costumer service I have ever experienced, they said I couldn't have refund and that I need to learn how to read!!!! the absolute audacity is outrageous ! I am 100% sure I never agreed to signing up to a 3-month subscription with them and I am in the process of taking further action. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS COMPLETE SCAM !!

Scammed son out of £89 him thinking he was applying for his 1st license on the gov website only it wasn’t! Absolutely disgusting targeting youngsters trying to start out in this world!

SCAM, avoid at all costs. The only way to get a refund is to cancel the subscription within 72 hours as you get a free 3 day trial.

Went on to site that I thought was DVLA to renew drivers licence. Got charged the £14 fee and an administration fee of £89 per quarter. All that has been received is a blank D1 form for me to complete and send back with another payment which they will refund Ha Ha!

Cancelled the agreement within the 14 day period and was told that no refund would be given. Also not considered as fraudulent as I wrongly consented to their terms and conditions.

Have contacted Trading Standards and cancelled payment card to ensure no further payments are taken.

same as previous reviews. They subscribe you to an 89 quid subscription after paying for the 20 quid you are suposed t pay for copy of your licence. No account created or email about the future payments and they dont pick up the phone. They are blocked from my bank account now.

Went on GOV page to find myself on this page, totally hacking DVLA gov , they say they are registered with DVLA and DVLA doesn’t even know who they are , thinking it’s the gov, and took payment of £44 then another for £89 totally scam !!!! Reported to my van to see if I can get my money back !!!

These thieving scumbags keep the £89.99 subscription cost information at the very bottom of the homepage and the staff make no mention of it during the application process leading you to believe that you only make a one-time payment. What makes it qaaworse is that they refused my refund saying they have a no-refund policy. Absolute filth.

Do not use this company for your driving licence application. They are a scam! Only use the genuine DVLA website.
Be careful as the website appears at the top of Google search above the gov.uk website.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are nothing to do with DVLA and essentially you'll just sign yourself up for 3 months of £89 coming out your account "with discounts" on rubbish shops.
There's no mention of you signing up for this when you go on to do anything with your driving license. Suprised they're still getting away with it tbh.
Can your direct debit to them ASAP and report!!!!

I mistakenly thought this website was the supported website for the DVLA as it came up on the search engine. I had no idea that I was giving my personal details to these people. I am over 70 and I simply wanted to change the address of my drivers licence. I filled in the form with my details…pressed the button for a fast track costing £10 on my debit card and when the application was done I noticed that I had signed for an additional ongoing charge of £89.00 per quarter. Immediately I cancelled it by email. Promised a response within 24 hours, I have heard nothing. I spoke to them on the phone but they refuse to make any refunds. I had to cancel my debit card as they have all my details. It feels like a scam.

I paid £20 for a replacement driving licence for my Son as he lost it. The website looks very official and because they obviously pay Google a lot of money, they are at the top of the page, higher that GOV.UK, which I missed, I was only looking at the heading ‘LOST - Replacement Driving Licence’.
Then, I was contacted by my bank, Halifax, as they alerted me that a company called ONLINEASSISTANTS.CO.UK is trying to take £89 out of my account !!! Thank goodness they blocked it. The bank informed me that I had signed up to a subscription. I had no idea!!!!!. These Companies are disgusting, the way they trick you into spending more money with them,..
I phoned them on 02045713272, this is the number, if anybody else gets scammed… The lady was really nice on the phone, but I told her, I was completely unaware I had signed up to a subscription, the company you work for is awful, it doesn’t make it clear what you are signing up for. I told her I want to cancel it and for them to send me an email in writing that it has been cancelled and no further money will be taken out of my account.
I did receive the email saying what I asked.
She did say, as I have already paid £20 for a replacement driving licence, I should receive it,… but I will wait and see if it turns up.
I have now looked on there website DRIVER - ADMINISTRATION.CO.UK/ REPLACEMENT and they have now listed, on the front of there page Drivers’s Licence Application, Our Services… but right at the bottom it says, TRT US FOR FREE FOR 3 DAYS, THEN £89 EVERY 3 MONTHS !!!!…. This is terrible.. Who else are they gonna SCAM !!!! … just go on GOV.UK - DVLA which I should of done.

Big scam, they issued the renewal license, but they charged me £14.00 and £89.00 instead of £14.00. Be aware.

This company is a scam, please avoid at all costs. They also took £89 from my account which I also was not aware of and now they refused to refund it. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Scam ! Take £34 for driving licence making them seem official then come back and take another £89 , stop robbing people .

I was trying to renew my licence today and my search for government site was transported to this site without noticing anything.The web site front page covers the whole screen so that the tiny writing at the bottom of the page is not available unless you become suspicious and make the screen smaller. Sadly I have given important personal details until informed by BARCLAYCARD FRAUD DEPARTMENT. I have now informed the Action Fraud crime agency and they are chasing this company already.
