I am huge fan of Dr Joe's work, however their backend support seems to be non existent. I have sent about 4 to 5 messages via the Dr Joe Dispenza website requesting technical support. I changed my email address on my account only for my entire order history and Online Progressive Course to completely disappear. To date I have received no response. I will continue with his work as best I can but would like to have access to everything that I originally paid for.
Transformational Experience That Truly Changed My Life
Attending Dr Joe Dispenza’s retreats has genuinely been one of the most transformational experiences of my life. I have now attended two week-long retreats, and for the second one I even took my daughter with me to Dallas, USA. The atmosphere, the energy, the people, the organisation — everything felt absolutely incredible and deeply inspiring.
For the past two years I have also been practicing Joe’s meditations and studying his courses consistently, and I can honestly say I have changed so much as a person. My mindset, emotional state, awareness, and understanding of myself and life have transformed in ways I never thought possible.
What I appreciate most is that this work is not just theory — when you truly commit to the practice, you begin to understand how powerful the mind and heart really are. The retreats create such a unique environment filled with positivity, connection, healing, and genuine human warmth.
I am immensely grateful to Joe Dispenza and his entire team for creating these experiences and helping so many people transform their lives. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Need customer service support
I’m leaving 1 star for now, but I’ll happily update or remove this once I get a reply and the issue is resolved.
I’ve spent over $1,000 on meditations and courses through the site over the last year. I’ve followed the teachings seriously, gone through the courses countless times, and made a lot of progress from them.
A few days ago, I logged into my account and found that all of my purchases had disappeared. My meditations, courses, and audio content are no longer showing in my library, even though I paid for them.
This is especially frustrating because I use these materials every day, often for hours at a time. I’ve contacted customer support twice and still haven’t had a response after 3 to 4 days.
I really just want my access restored or for someone from support to reply and explain what’s going on.

If you don't have around $8000 to $10000 you aren't going anywhere. And, his material are too expensive too. Completely rip off. Gratitude or a pocket full of money?

This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I ordered the Believing Behaving Becoming Abundance Online Course on February 27th and still do not have access to it.
I have written and submitted trouble tickets to customer service at least 10 times and still have not received a response.
I also filed a claim with my credit card company, but that could take 60 days to settle.
Do NOT buy from Joe Dispenza's website!!!
Now I see how the Becoming Abundance course works. They become abundant, and I sit here wondering if I can trust anyone any longer.
With a brand like Joe Dispenza, I would have thought it would be the most trusted site out there. Boy, was I wrong.

Joe Dispenza wirbt mit einer kostenlosen 5 Tage Meditation auf fb. Meldet man sich an, bekommt man einen Link, auf dem hingewiesen wird, dass die Inhalte nicht mehr verfügbar sind, aber man das Angebot um nur 99 € statt um 249 € kaufen kann, obwohl heute der Tag 1 der beworbenen kostenlosen Meditation ist und die Inhalte jeweils 24 h abrufbar sein sollen. Das Kundenservice verweist auch darauf, dass das Angebot abgelaufen ist. Ein perfider Blöff und Bauernfängerei.

The retreat was actually good - though pricy. But the customer service is very bad. It is hard to get a response from them, even on sales, let alone if there is a problem.

I went to Switzerland to attend Dr Joe Dispenza's Progressive Retreat.
I have to say, I thought it was AMAZING! I think it is unfair to pin 'inner transformation' on someone teaching, as ultimately, you are the one who has to do to the work, and not everything is instant.
However, from someone who has tried so many meditations and manifestation techniques, Dr Joe is up there with the best. Why? Because he can back up his claims with science, and everything he says makes sense!
I do feel for those who have experienced bad customer service, or feel their purchases are not what they thought, but please make up your own mind first. Take a look at his interviews or meditations on YouTube, buy a book and then you'll see if his way, or method, aligns with yours.
As a reminder, you could spend ££££££££'s on courses, but you have to do the inner work yourself - this is what he said before the weekend commenced, Be your own best project :-)
Customer service is the WORST
The customer service is the absolute WORST that I have experienced with any other company like this, which is a shame, since he's got some good content. After a week-long retreat, I purchased a couple of meditations, only to find out that their PayPal wasn't working properly so I received 2 invoices: one invoice was actually paid and sent a screenshot from my bank account and the other hadn't come out...so I went to pay it and there was only a credit card option to pay.
For both instances, I used their customer service ticket form THREE times and they simply kept sending invoices. I found the general customer service link and tried that, only to get two automated responses. Obviously, nobody is tending to these "live" - for a personal development company, there is no attention on the people at all when it comes to customer service.

This is a compilation of the teachings done in eastern world. Nothing new. The fact that he says he found it, his experiments showed, he did it is absolute nonsense. The only originality I found in this is addition of scientific terms. Basically he explains all the ancient knowledge with input of science for the western mind. If he's an original guy, he should give credits. He should acknowledge that he is spreading the wisdom to all for better humanity. People will respect him more in that way.
I love the information and meditations
I love the information and meditations. Customer service is unfortunately greatly lacking, lowering the quality and integrity of the man behind the good teachings. It brings doubt, unnecessarily. Why settle for such poor customer service design? I bought an online course which I can’t access. I’ve taken on the responsibility of trying to solve the issue on my end, to no avail. Their customer service is handled through an online form which they then send an automated response from, saying they’ll take 4-6 business days to respond. I’m not interested in dealing with this. It’s a good way to lower the frequency of the company behind the product. If they want to reach out and make it right, I’m open. Not waiting, that wave has come and gone.
Just continuing to live my life without the hassle. And disputing the charge with my credit card company. I still value the potential information, but this isn’t the means to get it. I feel for those who needed web access before flying in for an in-person event.
Zero Customer Service/Response
We paid $4,198 to attend the Joe Dispenza Week-Long Advanced Retreat (Aug 2–8, 2025) and were required to complete a 25+ hour online course and pass a quiz before attending. We registered on July 25 and cleared the weekend to complete the course, but were completely locked out due to a system-wide platform failure. This was later confirmed by a bulk email from the company on July 29.
We sent multiple emails starting July 25, including to senior staff and even LinkedIn contacts. Their automated replies promised a response in 4–6 business days. We received no response at all—not even to cancel or reschedule.
While locked out of the required course, we continued receiving emails stating we could not attend without passing the quiz, causing anxiety and confusion. No alternate access, timeline, or support was provided.
We also repeatedly asked for retreat session times for childcare planning. No one replied. Upon arrival, we discovered most sessions started at 6 AM, and one started at 4 AM. This made participation impossible with our toddler.
The entire experience—from tech failure to support silence to misleading claims about “commuter-friendly” logistics—was unprofessional and unacceptable. Still no refund or resolution.
TBH, It's not worth at 2,499
It's not worth at 2,499 for a week long retreat. I joined the retreat as many trainers and members shared their amazing experiences and successful cases.
TBH, I witnessed some brainwashing skills and psychological tricks to manipulate participants. Anyway, they could found participants to share "incredible" transformation stories, while the retreat was not useful to me.

Purchased 2 meditations that never arrived! Be aware they take money and never send the product. Trying to contact this company to claim a refund or the product is prevented. Again a business that grew too large, has become an online money machine and likely this Joe fellow is lying on a beach chair in Barbados living off payments for items never provided. STAY AWAY and learn from my loss.

Joe is a scam! Pay 30.000 dollar for a 3 day seminar with meditations. Joe said it was a beautiful location but once we was there it was one big garbage island!!!
Never go to Joe dispenza!!!! Change yourself and never pay such a amount of money for a idiot as Joe Dispenza , he will not make your life better and it is all ONE BIG SCAM!!!

I am blown away by the quality of the content and the experience. I have done a lot of personal development and this has raised the bar. Joe himself is funny, humble, and an absolute nerd about the science underpinning the meditations. They run a tight ship and hold high standards for participation, true, and it’s part of the reason they have such a following. I’ve had an incredible experience at the week-long retreat and would highly recommend to someone who is willing and able to do the work — and not stuck in “victim land” blaming everything and everyone else for their challenges. Clearly that’s who have written some of the reviews here. If you’re open, curious, and willing, you’ll get tremendous, life-changing and life-affirming value.
