I have been blown away by my experience in HHA. I had no idea how much I needed support and the actual difference it would make, after years of being self reliant and trying to make changes completely on my own. Having licensed practitioners, encouraging health coaches, and an entire community of people on the same journey I’m on has been the main reason for my strength and perseverance in my improved health. They are always positive, supportive and provide tangible ideas and action items to keep my momentum going! I felt that I wasn’t alone anymore, received encouragement when I was down and shared celebrations in my accomplishments! I received immediate responses, feedback and encouragement when I had questions, struggles or wins! The biggest shifts I have noticed are feeling more balanced in my moods throughout the day, more mentally clear, more energy…. (no more naps during the day), soundly sleeping through the night, skin clearing, weight loss, and self control.

Unfortunate business practice
I have to agree with comments that the staff are very helpful. But I have to say that I did not have the time to focus on the program and when I shared my concerns I was talked out of it and then when I clearly couldn’t do it I was told that it was too late to cancel. I think this is poor business. I should have been able to receive a refund. But instead I was stuck with a $6000 debt through synchrony bank The Better Business Bureau is the next step for sure.

Great experience
Great experience! I learned so much about what foods agree with my body and those that don’t…which is key to feeling better! Coaches are so knowledgeable and help with any issues along the way! I would definitely recommend this program to anyone who realizes you need to change your eating habits!

I absolutely love this program
I absolutely love this program. Before I started this program I had so many health issues I didn't know where to start. It was such a comfort for me to have a my own practicationer and a coach to guide me through this program. Also, it's wonderful to have a community where I can post and read other people's posts. Listen to zoom meetings where I gained a lot of knowledge. And mostly I never felt alone. In this program they stress the positive things that are happening
In your body as you go through the program. I am doing so much better and I am so thankful that it doesn't just end after the 4 months. They have ongoing help. Which i will be taking advantage of. I'm grateful to of found them because they have given me hope.and I would definitely recommend this program.

This program is very in-depth
This program is very in depth. They teach a lot through an app, included in the cost of program, targeted supplements and provide a lot of personal support. My experience was good, but I could have been more involved. My Internet was out for much of the program. Getting to the Cellular issues is key.

A bit disappointed in my experience
A bit disappointed in my experience. I was surprised to find an Apple notebook included. All supplements were purchased up-front. I took an initial assessment. It either disappeared due to tech issues or didn't upload. Nobody mentioned that assessment was not in their file until the very end. So, I was unable to receive the promised before/after comparison. That's just my experience. Let me clarify-I completed the initial assessment & was never made aware that it had not been received. Blame-shifting is not a solution. The Practitioner could have advised me it had not been received. But, nobody cared to follow-up. I had to take a couple of breaks due to hives on my face. I got push back about extending the program - even though my doctor wanted me to stop all supplements for a brief period. It was upsetting to be treated that way. After I made it clear that I was shocked that a program dealing with health issues intended to refuse accommodations for a medical issue, an extension was grudgingly granted. The videos are good. Sometimes the extra Zoom meetings are helpful. My initial support person could not define or explain "meal prep." The provider told me she would explain it. My new support person was better, but promised to email a specific dietary approach after my provider never sent it to me & I still have not received it. My last appointment surprised me because my initial provider had left the company a month ago. So, a stranger shows up on her place. This program involves an elimination diet. Last appointment is supposed to explain how to reintroduce foods. Never did. So, I asked ChatGPT for free. It also helped with diet plan. I assumed that the original agenda for the final meeting would include some discussion. That was a priority for me. Instead I was asked to repeat my history since I had never seen this provider before. Apparently, fermented foods can contribute to hives. I was never told this until the last day. It should have been addressed earlier. Keep in mind your access to HHA is limited to 4-months. But you can print downloads. You don't really get a binder or book or CD or DVD that includes everything
Access to coursework is temporary. Due to my sensitivity, I discontinued 4th phase supplements in 2nd week & finally realized I needed to eliminate fermented foods. This program includes a fasting protocol option. I had some positive gains, but not 100% satisfied & there was no movement to provide any customer care to make up for the deficiencies I experienced. The comment below does nothing to resolve issues. Therefore, I concur with those who find it overpriced.

Regarding your timeline, you were granted an extension beyond the original structured program period to accommodate the breaks you needed, including the pause your physician requested. When situations arise, we work to be flexible while still honoring the overall framework of the program, and additional time was provided to support you.
Food reintroduction guidance is clearly outlined within the curriculum and is typically reviewed during the final phase. In your case, you and your practitioner prioritized more pressing concerns during your sessions. She also followed up with a detailed email containing specific instructions for reintroduction so you would have clear next steps. Our goal is always to provide structured guidance so clients are not left guessing.
The core program operates within a defined timeline, which is explained at enrollment. We also offer continued support options for those who would like ongoing access to community, education, and practitioner guidance after completion.
We are glad you experienced some positive gains and found value in parts of the program, including the educational materials and Zoom sessions. Our intention is to provide a structured, supportive process while maintaining transparency about expectations and policies from the beginning.

It has been great for me.
I joined HHA with the intention of improving my health as I was not getting any help elsewhere. The way the elimination of foods was explained to me made perfect sense. It does not mean you will never eat some of them again. The staff is extremely helpful and always there if you have questions. I just finished Phase One and a lot of my joint pain is gone. I am sleeping through the night now, something I have not done in years, plus I lost 10 pounds and that was in the last wo weeks of the Phase. I am very happy with this program and looking forward to Phase Two through Four.

I loved how the program is structured! They break it down into 4 phases! Each phase focuses on specific areas but also builds on each other! The education is excellent in my opinion! What you’re supposed to do is laid out well in the classroom! I really like using the community to communicate with others in the program and the staff! Speaking of staff, Calli and Kristyn are awesome! They are very knowledgeable, supportive, and are always very easy to talk to! Being a nurse, it has been awesome to have both of them in my corner while I’m helping others! Thanks HHA!

This program is definitely delivering on its promises. I am six weeks into the protocols and for the first time in ten years my fasting morning blood glucose levels are under 100. Their counselors and support are with me every step of the way and the community is super supportive. I’m so glad I made this investment in my healthy future!

Tried so many things to gain my health back
I found HHA on Facebook and was a bit skeptical at first. Because after all, it was a FB ad.
But I was at my wit's end trying to find ways to jumpstart my health again. I was eating decently, taking natural supplements, getting sleep, but the brain fog, joint pain, and gut problems were not going away. I went out on a limb by signing up with this program, but I am sooo glad I did. I am currently in Ph. 3 and I can honestly say I am starting to feel 10 years or so younger (I am soon to be 63). Sarah Rhoden, my HHA practitioner, has been so supportive and helpful during this program. I am truly grateful for the new-found vitality, weight loss, and overall well-being I have gained in the last 3 months. If you're on the fence, take it from me...it's worth it!

Book Bundle - The Secret Your Doctor Isn’t Telling You
I purchased “The Secret Your Doctor Isn’t Telling You Book Bundle” expecting detailed, practical guidance, but was disappointed to find that most of the material covers very general information about inflammation and toxins that’s already widely available for free online.
Rather than feeling like a comprehensive educational resource, the “book” came across more as a marketing piece intended to direct customers toward additional paid programs. The content is delivered as a PDF along with low-quality audio/video clips, much of which is repetitive. It felt frustrating to purchase what was presented as a solutions-based book, only to be met primarily with upsells.
After managing an autoimmune condition for many years, I’m careful about investing in health resources so I was hopeful. Unfortunately, this didn’t provide the depth or value I was hoping for, and experiences like this make it harder to trust companies that position themselves as having the answers.

Increased energy levels
I had significant health gains whilst on the program. The main one, being increased energy and sustained energy levels. The online platform with advice from a team of specialists is helpful with live video sessions which are informative. I learned a lot about healing for the gut, and food products and brands which are quality items. I do feel the program is expensive, and the recommended dietary suggestions add to that financial outlay. Shout out to my practitioner who gave me good advice for specific issues. However, for the price paid (6,000 plus) I did not feel the strict 30 min calls were long enough. I am stating that because there is an enormous amount of information and practical application to learn and follow, which leads to questions that need clarifying. In turn, the practitioners have a set of instructions to work through on the call, and the allocated time felt like things were being rushed to finish on time. I personally ran into issues with my gut being sensitive to the supplements and charcoal so did not see an improvement there. I do think I have the tools to work on that, through dietary recommendations. All in all it is a comprehensive program which covers a holistic approach to health. It includes diet, movement, stress management, exercise, mindful thinking and a change in eating and lifestyle habits. It is a robust program that requires full participation from the patient. I hope this review helps for those wondering about the program.
