Livingood Daily is finally a way to fix your body, but you must do the work. The book is a great read and I am not a reader. At 73, I am going to the gym and starting to fail. No energy. Unable to do much exercising but walk, which walking is good. I am now halfway through the 21 day meal plan. I feel so much better. Healthy foods, NO sugar, and a wonderful 10 minute workout daily. I have been using the Livingood supplements since 2024. They have allowed me to get off my chemical medications, as I strive for a more healthy lifestyle. I am 78, but feel (and act) like a 65 year old.

I was about to order a product for the first time but I was disappointed to see that being a subscriber doesn’t include free shipping. And my order would only supply a 15 day supply. Can I combat that by ordering extra product? How far out do Wanted to try it before I did that though. Any money back guarantees if product doesn’t work well or I have adverse effects? I have high cholesterol.

I’ve tried other collagen and have come back to this for the second time. It mixes so well in my morning coffee, no grit, no lumps, it mixes up so easily, completely and no taste! Use it every morning!
