Helpful patient report service
Very helpful report preparation service. The report preparation service by DRMSF is a useful service as it simplifies things for me. All I have to do is send DRMSF the feedback forms and the report and analysis is done for me, saving me time and hassle.

Excellent service
DrMSF responded promptly to any questions. I also had reminders to add contact details for further responders. I had the results back quickly and they were clear. I liked the attached template to use for reflection.

Report was prepared on time. The only issue i had was to pay my fee online as i failed to do it 4 times and then ended up calling the telephone to process the Fee.

Excellent, prompt objective analysis of my patient feedbacks
The team leader was extremely helpful and made the process so easy. He was very accommodating. The analysis took only two weeks. The report was comprehensive and provided useful normative data against which I could make an objective assessment of my results.

Please note that our standard reporting time is two weeks, but we do offer a fast-track service for urgent requests. In your case, we were able to deliver your report within 10 days of receiving your completed questionnaires.
