Horrible experince with dropxl
Horrible experince with dropxl. So many of there products are poorly made, missing parts or have broken parts when sent to your custers. Instead of send the missing part or broken part. You have to get your customer to repack the whole product back in the same box and have their courier pick it up and then they will replace. Number of times a customer would build a cabinet, only to find the handles missing. Dropxl will not send out the missing handles. Customer will need to dismantle the items and pack it back in the box. As you can imagine this ruins your stores reputation as being difficult and a customer that will never return. They will also prolong the return proccess. i have many items that took months to resolve. Their customer service is the worst i have ever experinced and their care factor for your store is zero.
You will need to open PayPal disputes to solve any issues.
Stay away at all costs. Hands down, the worst experince i have had.
