Impressed with quality and sales team
We popped into the showroom and were very impressed with the no pressure staff along with the quality of the doors of which they have a great range of different styles etc. Nigel came round to explain everything and finalise our design, he was a pleasure to deal with and again no pressure was made at any point.
We are greatly looking forward to the fitting and having a high quality, modern, draught free bespoke front door at long last!
I have no doubt everything will go to plan and can highly recommend Droylsden Glass 👍

Fantastic Glass Veranda
We previously commented on the great service we received from the initial sales team, and now that our glass veranda is complete, we can say with certainty that all the staff at Droylsden Glass have been professional and very trustworthy throughout the whole process. They have kept us informed throughout all stages of design & manufacture, and we would like to give a special mention to Steve & Paul who undertook the build. They were always friendly and polite, extremely hard working and left the patio / garden clean & tidy each night. The quality of the installation is excellent and we are very happy with the finished product. We highly recommend to others :)

Poor service
Unfortunately, my experience with Droylsden Glass was very disappointing. The installation itself was eventually completed, but the service throughout the process was poor.
One of the windows was incorrectly measured, meaning the installation could not be completed as planned and I was left with an old window in place for weeks. Despite being told I would receive an update, I then had to repeatedly chase for information before the replacement could finally be arranged.
The most frustrating part was the lack of communication and disorganisation - I had to inform them 3 days later that the installation had failed as the office wasn't made aware of this by the installation team. Droylsden Glass ultimately acknowledged that the communication and level of service I received fell below the standards they would expect, yet offered no apology until I raised a formal complaint.
The way the issue was handled was disappointing and, for me, significantly let down the overall experience. This is the second time I have used Droylsden Glass in the past 5 years and have spent in excess of £70k with them. I requested a small token of compensation for the poor service I received (£200) which they refused outright, a small gesture that would have allowed me to feel satisfied they value my custom but instead their service and communication has left a very bitter taste in my mouth. As such, I will not be using them again and will not be recommending them to friends and family.

Home visit by Mel
Mel came to provide a quote for some replacement windows who was very friendly and knowledgeable. I asked for several quotes for differing options and nothing was too much trouble. I was left with detailed printouts of the differing options available.
It was really handy being able to see samples of the different privacy glass in person.
Absolutely no pressure to commit on the day which is very much appreciated.
