I use Younger You face cream and the product is fine.
However, since I moved house 18 months ago my order keeps going to my old address. They have been advised of this 5 times and are still getting it wrong! Today I have been told it is because they use two systems! The call handler has now assured me that it is sorted! We shall see. This can't go on!

I love this cream on my face, although at 88 I don't expect a miracle.
But I had a real problem with the skin on my arms. Twice recently I had a minor injury on my arm which resulted in my paper thin skin peeling back. I had to go to A&E.
Then I started to use Younger You on my arms every morning. Now after a few weeks, the skin is noticeably smoother and feels more elastic. Next time I have a minor bump or scrape I hope it will fare better.

I'm always sceptical when trying new products but I have to say the serums are the best I've ever come across. Truly deliver a great performance and my skin has become so noticeably softer. I love the day cream and have tried the lash serum, but overall the serums you just can't beat, absolutely brilliant. Please don't stop making them. I love them all

No warning they were sending out more product and they initially wouldn’t accept email cancellation so I had to threaten them with Trading Standards. Product made no difference after 6 months use. Expensive and jars only half full Do not waste your money Also they are now saying there is a 60 day money back guarantee! Offering that AFTER it's too late to get it of course. And they may weigh the jars, but they are heavy when empty and some of mine WERE half full. And easy to cancel or amend the subscription, really! They insist you call to cancel, I was never offered the 'online' option. Just you have to call to cancel. Dreadful 'Customer Service'

Having naturally dry skin like me, has its negatives and positives, which one does learn with age …! The advantages are that you don’t sweat, or need deodorant, but you do have to hydrate your skin and use creams even as a teenager. People who sweat more, tend to have an oily skin, which remains softer and hydrated even into later life.
As an artist & paper specialist, I do not like greasy hands, so using creams always means washing my hands. Since using Crepe Rewind I have noticed that the skin absorbs the moisture incredibly quickly, even into the hands after application to arms and legs, which saves me using the basin.
Crepe Rewind also lasts longer than other creams, so it’s a once a day application. Hurray!

The product is very good but beware of being tied into monthly subscriptions,almost impossible to cancell. No response from phone number,and they won't accept cancellation by e mail.Very poor considering they accepted an on line order .!!!!!

To be honest I was slightly sceptical when I read about Dr Sister’s Inner Beauty products but recently out of cancer treatment and looking absolutely awful I felt that I had nothing to lose!
My face especially, was swollen from lymphoedema and looking very lined and saggy so I thought I’d give it a try.
The 60 day money back offer was appealing.
I’d just ask for a refund if I wasn’t happy!
Nearly a month later my face is already looking less lined ( I’ve been taking weekly selfie’s to compare!)
I’ve also noticed that my nails are getting stronger at long last.
I’ve already ordered my next batch of Inner Beauty capsules and am looking forward to seeing any improvement over the next coming months.
I’ve also started using the facial and neck moisturiser which feels lovely, goes on well, and leaves your skin feeling soft and glowing.
I’m looking forward to trying the crepe rewind moisturiser when I can save enough money to do so.
I agree that on first look the products appear expensive but on making price comparisons with other premium beauty products ( and in my mind, these seem to actually work!), plus the money back guarantee, I’d certainly recommend giving them a go!

A waste of money !!!

I purchased the Dr Sister Dark Spot Vanish from an Ebay seller. I religiously applied it day and night for the time specified. Sadly, it made no difference to the dark spots on my face.

Dr Sister's website has a large banner that offers 100% money back guarantee if the product does not work after 60 days. So, I contacted them, explained my situation, and respectfully requested a refund.

I was met with a wall of total resistance and was informed that, as I did not purchase the product via their website, I was not entitled to a refund. I challenged this and was told that this condition was "hidden" away in their terms and conditions.

I argued that this should be on their website banner but there was no mention of it which I considered to be misleading and unfair.

Then I received an email from Andrew at Dr Sister apologising and advising me that a refund was forthcoming.

Imagine my delight but when I responded that they did not have my banking details in order to issue the refund, I received another email telling me that a mistake had been made and I wasn't entitled to a refund after all.

I challenged this as unfair and to some point illegal and respectfully requested them to honour their agreement to refund.

THEY SAID NO !

For the first time ever I watched the whole video about the miracle cream for crepy skin and despite the extortionat price decided to try it. 1 month in and can’t see a single bit of difference. Not worth the money at all

My skin is better and my hair is not falling out as much. My nails are stronger and I feel this is down to Inner Beauty.
