My early thoughts on asking Drysite for an estimate have been good, customer service is excellent also When 'Mark' visited my property to do the damp proof survey he was courteous and knowledgeable taking time to explain, so there was no sense of him rushing the visit 'all-in-all a positive experience so far' I'm now waiting for survey reports in the coming days

Very Honest Surveyer
Mark came to our house to survey the mould problem we have. He was very friendly and helpful. I was very impressed that he gave us an honest opinion, which was that we did not need Drysite services and gave us advice on how to clear the mould and stop it from returning.

Marc was really great and very informative. We are hoping to be able to take out the work he has then quoted for at some point this year. He has helped us out so much with being able to keep away any more rising damp and know our plan of action moving forward thanks to the really good report we then had back after the visit!

Very good visual survey for damp.
Mark was a pleasure to meet and gave a very good visual survey for damp on internal walls. In addition visually inspected external walls.
Mark took multiple reading using a damp meter and identified the rising damp on the internal walls.
