Quick and satisfactory response to a problem

Overall, we were very happy with DS bathrooms start-to-finish, and have been using our new en-suite for a week now and it's been fantastic!

Darren was very transparent throughout, including when unforeseen circumstances put our install week back by a couple of months. It was worth the wait. Each morning we were asked if we had any questions, and the entire installation was performed while we were working from home with minimal impact.

Highly recommend, and one day we'll be back for our main bathroom!

Darren and Rob did a brilliant job, there work ethic is phenomenal and I could not help but notice the superb way they worked together. They seldom stopped except where the job required it and they tidied everything up at all stages and finished well within quoted time frame, brilliant!
I have ended up with a wonderful bathroom with which I could not fault the finished work in the slightest manner. I would highly recommend DS Bathrooms to anybody. Many thanks to you both, you must be very proud with the work you do, and the perfect finish.

If you are considering a bathroom renovation, we would not hesitate to recommend DS Bathrooms. Darren and Rob have done an excellent job on our main bathroom and ensuite. Darren designed a new layout for the bathroom making the best use of the space. He was also very helpful (and patient!) when it came to choosing the right colour tiles, units and flooring. The installation ran smoothly. Our property was respected and overall there was minimal mess. You may have to wait a few months until he can fit you in but we can 100% say he is worth the wait.

Darren and the team created a great new ensuite for us and our family. They not only delivered a great quality bathroom, but they did it with minimal disruption to our home (& with a young family this was extremely important to us). They made such a great job of my downstairs shower room last year that I asked them to come back and do the same for the family bathroom. They were lovely, cheerful, professional, skillful tradesmen who kept me up to date with the work as it progressed, from design to installation. Brilliant result, as expected, a lovely quality luxurious bathroom. It's a shame that I've run out of bathrooms to upgrade!

Needed some minor work done in the bathroom and en-suite. Told Darren what my thoughts were but he explained why my ideas won't work and he reduced the amount of work required. Obviously this meant he earned less. He could have just carried out my ideas (I'm sure some companies would have) but this demonstrates how he wants to do the best for his customers.
After the work was completed and Darren had left I messaged him with a query. He replied in a timely manner and answered my question satisfactorily.
The work done is to a high standard and there was no mess left behind.

I found Darren to be very honest and both he and Rob respected my home as well as me and my husband. At every stage, from first contacting him to the completion of the work it was a pleasure dealing with him. He has pride in his work and it was evident that he wants to do the best job possible.

Darren gave us a quote to renovate our very tired 70's en-suite. He designed two equally inspired options to choose from. Darren is in such demand the wait time was 2 months for a start date but the marvelous outcome at completion was well worth the wait. Darren and Rob are 2 lovely, highly motivated, skilled professionals. They kept us informed each night as to what the next days schedule was and what time they would arrive. All work carried out was to a very high standard with meticulous attention to detail. The work was completed on schedule and we are absolutely delighted with the outstanding result. Absolutely brilliant service. Darren fitted a bathroom for me over a year ago. Last week I had a small leak on the shower. Despite the job being completed over a year ago and no longer under warranty I contacted Darren and he was here within a few hours to carry out the repair free of charge. The latest instalment of bathroom projects with Darren and Rob of DS Bathrooms.

I initially engaged with DS Bathrooms in Aug 2021, asking for a quote for the master bedroom's ensuite. This install took place in May 2022, followed by the downstairs toilet in December 2023, main family bathroom in January 2024 and my final ensuite in Jan 2026. There's more than one reason I kept asking Darren and Rob back...

Design expertise - I never had my own clear vision of what I wanted each room to look at. Darren was great at understanding a rough vision of the requirement and offering design advice and guidance which resulted in 4 projects I was delighted with

Expert communication - Every project was discussed and documented at each stage. This made it really clear for me to understand not only what I was getting, but how much it would cost and when it would be completed

Timeliness - Every project was set out with a clear plan in the quote including when each milestone payment would be due. This made life very easy for me and ensured there was no project slippage or cost creep

Quality of Work - Without this, the rest is meaningless. The final quality of each project is excellent. My vague ambition was for high quality rooms and the design met this ask. The expertise of Darren and Rob ensured that the quality of work delivered the vision of the initial design.

Overall a very happy customer! If I had more bathrooms I wouldn't look anywhere else.

We have just had our en-suite & bathroom updated by DS Bathrooms. Absolutely stunning. Well worth the wait. Darren & Rob are really good tidy workers. Finished job is outstanding.

In 2019 we had our new bathroom fitted and fast forward to 2026 it is still as good as new. However, we had a small issue, that a local plumber we had previously used did not reply to. Contacted D S Bathrooms to ask about the part we would need to replace. We were blown away by Darren’s response that he would come and deal with it. And he certainly did that, impressing on us that it is not just the fitting but the aftercare that is part of his promise. Can’t rate him highly enough. You might have to wait for a bathroom fitting with this guy but he is well worth it

Excellent job started and finished on time

A fantastic experience from initial consultation to finish . I was particularly impressed with the time Darren took to discuss my requirements before even viewing the bathroom . And the 3d panoramic mock up of how my bathroom could look was a definite bonus in helping my decision making.
Once given my installation date this never changed . Darren and Rob arrived on time day 1 and the whole process was complete in just 4 days . I cannot fault the way they worked with respect for my property keeping it clean and tidy throughout.
The end result is absolutely amazing way more than I had expected, I couldn't be happier and would have no hesitation in recommending DS Bathrooms to anyone

Darren and Rob are a great team with Darren in charge of planning and all the admin and customer communications. They are hard working, conscientious, extremely clean and tidy and give 100% focus to the job. Every stage of the work was planned to the minute and executed to perfection and special praise to the quality of the grouting which is exceptional! The new bathroom is beautiful and I would definitely recommend DS Bathrooms
