I’ve been using dscout for about 5 years, when I have time , and have made a few thousand dollars over about 220 submissions. I really enjoy being able to have an influence in developing products and services I actually use, & love that it’s quite often for stores brands & products I like ,so I take pride in it. Ive not found another platform with as good of payouts. Ive been so thankful for a trusted way to make decent side money. I’ve raved about dscout and recommended it to everyone I know. Payment is always on time, & over the years I’ve only had a few rejected express (5-15 min) missions. Couple months ago I made $900 in a month on a handful of missions. I have no special experience either so I don’t get a ton of missions , but I know some scouts who work in tech or in big companies can make a lot more. Missions range from around 5 minutes multiple choice, to a month long with drawings graphs or even shopping missions. I’ve often seen free products shipped to test and keep as well. express missions are my jam , as people get approved or not immediately , & complete them quickly 5-30 min. As a single mom it’s been hard to find legit ways to make money with an easy side hustle that I can do while being home with my child, this has been a HUGE blessing and my son has even been invited to participate in a couple missions which he thought was super cool. I know some people can get discouraged not being selected for certain missions… my advice is whenever you have free time sit down and go through every mission, apply to every one you qualify , I do this a few times a day because missions often pop up and are gone & filled quickly.

High pay for missions. Wish I could get the payment faster though. Haha. But it's a great way to earn extra money.

Dscout was fantastic for my first month or two. I was consistently qualifying for Express missions as well as standard missions, making a solid chunk of side income. I was really happy with the platform.

Unfortunately, I hit a complete brick wall shortly after. My acceptance rate dropped to essentially 0%. What makes this so frustrating is how the rejections happen: I’ll go through a series of screening questions where it’s obvious what the survey is looking for. Even when I know 100% that my final answer for a survey fits their exact criteria (or when answering a simple "yes" to a final capability confirmation), I’m unexpectedly told I'm "not a match" right at the finish line.

It strongly suggests there is hidden background logic - such as an undisclosed internal participant score, demographic cap, or silent quota check - happening behind the scenes right before final approval.

My feedback for Dscout:

Be transparent: If background scoring or undisclosed internal criteria are disqualifying participants who otherwise meet every stated requirement, be upfront about it.

Filter earlier: Don't waste participants' time on full screeners if background logic or prior survey data already makes them ineligible.

I’ve stopped applying altogether because the time investment no longer pays off. I’d love to return if Dscout improves transparency and screener efficiency.

dscout is a legit company that does exactly what it says...great response time from an agent if there are questions during a mission. missions are fun, never boring with very decent payout

I have been a member of Dscout for many years and I would highly recommend it. It is an easy way to help companies make the best products and offer the best services. It is easy to apply for missions and there is always someone to reach put to if you have any issues along the way

Fun and simple way to learn and earn

I love using dscout! It's a great platform to make a little extra money on the side while having fun. Many survey opportunities and you get paid eight days after you complete each survey. It's a great platform to share your opinions and to give feedback to researchers.

A variety of an enjoyable selection of options to approach, a good value of your time when selections are tailored to your personal preferences that you choose. The studies I've been accepted or denied too have mostly made sense to me, although a system like this is never perfect, it's very accessible to simply keep actively applying for more opportunities. A few studies here or there have rubbed me the wrong way, but that experience is far few in-between. In a little over 7 months of use, I've had much more positive interactions than the former. Totaling a nice balance & on my own time mostly. The support team has been quick, helpful, & responsive when needed. Out of 4 other sites like Dscout I've used, this has been the best & most enjoyable.

dscout is my favorite market study platform. It's easy to use, has quality studies, pays well, and is always interesting. They have a great variety of market study subjects, and it makes gig work fun!

It is legit platform to earn money using your phone and laptop without any experience. Pays through PayPal weekly, very promptly.

I love dscout to make some extra cash every week. Most of the surveys are for bigger companies looking for opinions on new product designs or wanting opinions on how to make their product better. I get so excited every time I qualify for a “mission” because they’re pretty entertaining to leave feedback on and they pay well.

I have gotten the opportunity to do fun missions and make some extra cash. It is so exciting you you get picked to participate.

Great community that I love being a part of it's fun completing these tasks and these missions and learning together and building together while making some money.
