Top notch Customer Service
Very lovely guys at this training center. Their customer service and training is top notch. They welcome you from the first day with loads of refreshments to make you feel at ease. On top of that you get your result the same day and your certificate in a very short time. I would recommend this SIA approved training center to anyone in Birmingham and its surroundings wishing to complete any SIA course.

Such an informative class and it’s a great experience to be a part of this class.
The class duration was very lengthy but Sir Abdul Wadood made it quite a remarkable journey throughout the class and didn’t get us bored with his great teaching skills.

I am manish . Today i completed my first aid box course and it is very good experience to do with mr. Wadood. He is very good quality as a teacher as he providing all the details about the course. He is fantastic. We do fun as well during the class.

The tutor was a master of his duties
The tutor was friendly, pays attention to individual questions, virtually took part in the practicals. I was made to understand lots I took to be normal but were actually the wrong approach to situations
