I made a mistake opening my delivery late and discovered I'd received seven identical DTF gang sheets instead of the seven different designs I'd ordered.

I contacted the team the following morning and they immediately looked into it. They quickly found the error, apologised without any fuss, reprinted the correct sheets straight away, and arranged next-day early delivery. They even told me to keep the incorrect sheets as they had no use for them.

Mistakes can happen with any business, but what really matters is how they're handled. Their customer service was excellent, communication was clear, and they resolved the issue quickly and professionally.

I'll definitely be ordering from them again. Thank you for putting things right so promptly.

Fantastic service. It was my first order and I messed up the artwork - they got in touch to let me know, and were so patient! To give you an idea of how patient they were, it took me four attempts to get the artwork right…! Karolina was fantastic. The transfers arrived the next day and are perfect. Will definitely use again, what a fantastic company.
