Made cheaply

The tractor worked (ok) for about two months and then just stopped working altogether. Main problem was electrical issues. When you press the gas pedal the tractor will no longer run. The horn, lights, and radio all work so we know it’s not a battery issue…. Poor electrical wiring likely. Avoid, not worth it.

Wrong item was shipped.

Waited two weeks for delivery. When the freight truck showed up to deliver, it was a completely different product then what was ordered. Wouldn't have been that big of a deal if it was a cheap item. But I spent close to $2000. I would expect Amazon level shipping and customer service.

Excellent customer service

Our product was delivered with a damaged box. Contacted surface asked us to send pictures of box. Very quick response confirming damage to box. Authorized to open box and check for damage. I assembled the corvette and found no damaged peices. I didn't follow up with Dtidirect.com. a couple of days later received calls to confirm all parts were included and no parts were damaged.

Worst customer service experience

Worst customer service experience! DO NOT BUY from this company you will regret it if you have to return it. They don't stand behind their product and their return policy is the worst. Buyer beware! Their wheel would fit an AMC G Wagon toy car - it turned out it wouldn't - ALL SALES FINAL for a plastic wheel that wouldn't work as advertised. Their customer service rep was rude and wouldn't accept any kind of return. The $60.00 plastic wheel that was never used ended up in a land fill. I stand by my recommendation DO NOT BUY
from this outfit! If I could give them ZERO stars I would.

PS. I tried multiple times to work with this company and they refused. I even got my bank involved with no success. NOW THEY ARE TRYING TO TAKE THE REVIEW DOWN! WHAT A SORRY COMPANY

The only acceptable action I will accept is the refund of a wheel that was never used. I tried multiple times to work with your customer service department to no avail. This is my honest review of my experience with your company and unfortunately it wasn’t pleasant and it will be the last time.

Wrong tracking. But worked out

Extra part worked great and was easy enough to install. Only complaint is the tracking originally sent to me was not our tracking number. But the correct part did arrive eventually.

Poor quality, nothing like the description, malfunctions

I purchased 24v 6 wheeler Freddo tractor trailer 2 seater ride on with dump cart and parental remote ($699.99) on June 2,2023. The box arrived on time- beat up and damage, like most packages. I understand that can happen, however when putting together the tractor after reading and following the directions, we discovered many factory errors with it. The battery is NOT 24V. The couple of times my child used it, it didn't go past a 12v battery, even with it on high speed. It does not charge now and when it did charge, it did not hold a charge for longer than 1 hr with less than a week of use- we have followed the explicit directions for charging. The seatbelt does not buckle and the windsheld does not fit in the designated locations- so they are no use. The dump cart malfunctions by not even moving. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of this product for the cost of it. The description of this product on the website is nothing like what we received. I have reached out to the company to discuss options for a correction to this situation.

Regarding the state of the package upon arrival, if you notice the box is damaged, it’s important not to accept it. We understand that such situations can be frustrating, but in that case we are able to send you a new one.

Remember that a damaged box can lead to other problems like the ones you experienced with the seatbelt, windshield, and dump cart. So, refusing the damaged package at the onset will help prevent these issues.

Concerning the battery, it’s supposed to be a 24V 7AH as per the product specification. If there’s any discrepancy, do inform us and we’ll arrange for a correct battery to be sent to you at no cost.
