Excellent service start to finish . I made my first attempt via HCMC and went nowhere . Used DTVThaiVisa and had the visa in November time , this was all during Tet and Thai Elections

Communication could have been better, I understand the time difference but still 24 hours with no response is not good.

Although on my side, the location to apply changed couple of times, She was very patient, very responsive to my queries and replied even on weekends.
She shared very clear document requirements and when my location to apply changed, she updated the application seamlessly.
The visa took 5 business days in Hanoi, which was well within timeline she shared with me.

They did what they said they would do. Communication is pretty good through WhatsApp. Small communication issues but mainly due to misunderstandings and language. All in all would genuinely recommend to others that are looking to get this service.

Solicité su colaboración para obtener el visado DTV con curso de cocina tailandesa.
Ellos se pusieron rápido a organizar todo; primero me dijeron toda la documentación que yo tenía que reunir para este trámite, me dieron una semana para preparar toda la documentación y cuando la recibieron, la chequearon. Añadieron la documentación de la escuela de cocina con la que ellos colaboran y presentaron online en la embajada todos mis documentos un domingo y hoy jueves ya tengo mi visado DTV con curso de cocina incluido que es lo que yo elegí.
En solo 11 días desde que les escribí por primera vez… Súper rápido! Es genial!

It was chaotic trying to get the DTV, we started 3 weeks in advance to my Bali departure to Thailand. the DTV application was submitted 2 weeks prior and... through apparently a lot of inquiries (both mine about the status and her calls to check) the DTV was approved on the eve of the day before my flight. While the outcome was positive, I do recommend continual checking up with DTVThaiVisa as apparently I needed a better image and pictures of all passport pages (even the blank ones) and it was like that for a few days, but they didn't notify her or we needed to continually "Poke" them. So - they did the job, but be forewarned, you need to be diligent about inquiring about the status - well in advance! This is coming from someone from the USA, one might think it's a done deal due to USA-Thai ties - but apparently it is not and took literally every single of the 10 business days to process - and would have been much longer I think had inquiries not been made and my flight ticket needed to be shown to expedite the process.

I get today my visa, after long wait, 2weeks in hanoi, the thai embassy working days is not 5 week, is 4.
So anyway, is done, smooth enyry, first, thr company service is just amazing.
