We had the holiday of a lifetime!
Kathryn and Russ Organised our South African Adventure for us and it was spectacular.
We travelled from CapeTown to Victoria Falls on the Pride of Africa Rovos Rail Train. This was a definite wow experience.
All our Transfers Hotels and experiences were extremely well organised by Duck Travel and I cant recommend them highly enough.
We walked on the Top of Table Mountain, met Rohan Vos the owner of the Train, went into Diamond Mines in Kimberley, Stood under the Statue of Nelson Mandela in Pretoria, walked up to Worlds View to the grave of Cecil John Rhodes, went on two safaris and finished at Victoria falls with a view of 'Mosi oa Tunya'/ the Smoke that Thunders/ Victoria Falls from our Balcony. Just Fabulous!

Fantastic, personalised service provided by Kathryn and Russ Duckworth. I gave them a vague idea of what I wanted from my holiday and they more than delivered on meeting my expectations. Our hotel in Cala Ferrara was perfect. A great location and beautiful spot for views, food, options to dip into local activities and the added extras I needed for a stress free holiday. This was our first time using Duck Travel and we would highly recommend them.
We told Kathryn and Russ what sort of holiday we were looking for and they found a brilliant hotel in Hurghada for us.
Booking process was straight forward with great communication and when we came to pay the balance Kathryn was extremely helpful and professional as the war had broken out in Iran and we were concerned about whether to proceed. Kathryn explained our options should the advice be not to travel nearer the time of our holiday and this was much appreciated as we are not experienced travellers and were quite concerned.
They offered to check in for us if we wished and Kathryn even sorted out extra medical baggage allowance which was great as it saved me the lengthy phone call like last year!
Kathryn and Russ called round the day before our holiday with well wishes and a little goodie bag which was a lovely personal touch.
We had an amazing holiday and the hotel choice was perfect.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Duck Travel to family and friends.

When our trip was going wring due to the USA/Iran situation, Russel was all over it and arranged an alternative trip for us to Cape Town which was excellent.
I would have no hesitation in working with them again.

Nothing was too much trouble for Russell and Kathryn at Duck Travel, they made the process of choosing your holiday so easy. We told them what we ideally wanted in a winter break away over the New Year and found us a number of options to choose from. They then went away and sorted all the booking and even sorted our boarding passes for us. They also sent us off with a little pack of goodies which was a lovely touch. We honestly cannot thank Duck Travel enough for the incredible job they did in arranging our wedding and honeymoon in Mauritius. From the very beginning, everything was handled with care, professionalism, and attention to detail, which gave us complete peace of mind throughout the entire process.

We received a fantastic service from Duck Travel when arranging our holiday to Mauritius. We asked for quite a few changes and iterations of our travel but nothing was too much trouble. They were so patient and we were left with a really wonderfully planned holiday which ended up being one of the best holidays we've ever had. Communication is fantastic and we loved the hotels that were chosen. We have 2 young children and the resorts were ideal for them. Thanks so much. Will definitely use the service again.

All the travel details were confirmed well in advance and they checked if there were any issues at every point (even when we arrived at the hotel). They also offered us trips at prices below those published elsewhere, ask them what they can do.
