Avoid this lot like the plague they are scammers i have been trying yo withdraw for four weeks. They insist on seeing a debit card statement which doesn’t exists as all debit card deposits appear on bank statements which they have. They have no intention of allowing a withdrawal i have had £500 withdrawal request continuously rejected. They have achieved their goal as I have now deleted them. Do avoid these wicked evil robbers.

Photo ID

Bank Statement - with account number and full name
Credit Card Statement, with card number and name showing.

Proof of address

Dat betekent nog een keer 3 dagen wachten.
3: De gegevens kan je niet via de site zelf bevestigen dit moet per e-mail die in spam terecht komt.
4: Ondertussen speel je door omdat je zo lang moet wachten.
5: Het is gewoon Scam.
6: Je account is geverifieerd en jij bent je gewonnen geld kwijt.
7: Op welke manier dan ook je krijgt het geld niet.

Stay away. They dont pay out. Had a withdrawal under 'review' for 5 days. They have no live contact. They dont answer emails.

I have tried to withdraw money since the 27th January been rejected several times. They have all the documents required now. Now they have advised its with a specialist team with no time scale. I deposited £90 and had to eager £3150 due to wagering which I managed to do luckily NOW time to withdraw rejected 3 times now 4th time after showing I,D been under review 2 days when asking them in email how long they do not answer and they also do not give you information on next step for complaints can someone help with regards to reporting to who as not on there terms for gaming commission or trading standards but going to report to both now anyway

I set up an account with DuffSpin casino which was very easy to do & I was allowed to make deposit from my visa debit bank card I made two deposits which the company excepted I did not except any welcome bonus or anything just played with my own money & I win when I tried to withdraw my money it did not allow me to do so so I contacted the department myself they said they wanted documentation ie bank statements a government letter with prof of my home address a photo of my self so I did all that & they have still not paid me out what route can I go through to get my money back
