Dugz Cards Avis

I paid Dugz Cards' restoration service for three of my One Piece and Pokemon cards (as each of them had a few dents / marks) last month and the cards came back packaged perfectly today with all the issues addressed.

I've used other similar third party "restoration" services without much success in the past, but I must say that Dugz Cards is second to none as the service really does work and the process was super efficient, reasonably priced and very professional. Plus the website interface is slick and easy to use.

I am genuinely happy and super grateful and I would highly recommend Dugz Cards - will 100% be my go-to for card restorations in the future.

I have sent in both my gold star cards to Dugz Cards after finding them on Google. An individual named Reece went above and beyond by constantly keeping in touch with me via emails. Kept me updated with every step of the process and answered any question I've had. Once I've been notified that the cards were ready and received a high quality scans / images of both cards I have asked Reece if it would be possible to send them straight to be graded. To my surprise, Reece agreed and we shipped them together off to TSC. Man is a legend and I have updated Reece of the result once the cards arrived back safely. We were both happy and I will be definitely coming back to use their services in the future.

P.S to anyone reading my review, Please bookmark Dugz's Ultimate Revival Service as it is often sold out and keep an eye out, even once a day as it is truly worth the wait.

Thank you once again!

I seriously can not reccomend these guys enough! They have gone above and beyond with their service offered to me. Firstly they made my card look like brand new again, they kept me updated on the process every step of the way. Their communication is excellent and their level of customer service is above any other company I have used in recent times! They have actually restored my confidence in the whole idea of customer service. I can not thank them enough!!

10/10 you can trust your cards with dugz cards! I’ve used all types of their cleaning services and had excellent results back and even better results back from ACE & PSA! This company is transparent and always here to help with questions and ideas, highly recommend this service especially the detailed before and after photos of your cards once cleaned. Highly recommend

Competitive prices, booster box was very well packaged and the free gift was a nice touch! Not many places do that now a days. Very happy, fast shipping is a bonus :)

This is a great company to get your card fixed up I had a team aqua kyogre send it with peeled corners and minor scratches it came back looking like it was freshly packed would highly recommend plus they sent me a free pokemon pack. Will use dugz again

My first order was great, even came with a little extra gift, a Japanese card. Will buy from again. Great to see some selling at reasonable prices!

First order from Dugz cards, but will definitely be ordering again. Bought off eBay came exactly as described and well packed, plus a free gift too.

Always nice to buy things off people who do it right 👍

I bought some cards and they were super helpful when I had a payment issue.

They also did a really good job on their card cleaning !

Was the cheapest place I found the glory of team rocket booster box preorders, very friendly when I reached out to them on live chat, happy with my order.

Got some cards from these guys on eBay and then found their online store, happy with all my orders, all well packaged and fast delivery. 100% would recommend and will be placing future orders with these guys.

Saw on insta these guys had The Glory of Team booster box preorders at the cheapest price I'd seen so far so I reached out to their inbox and got international shipping too, happy with my purchase.

Great experience all round, only place I could find this item, great service and fast tracked delivery, couldn’t ask for more!

Fast shipping and delivery, packaging and condition of the cards on return was perfect with no faults. Would recommend and use again

Great card quality, packaged with care and arrived extremely promptly. Excellent service and very competitive prices, will definitely be ordering again!!

Purchased an SVP044 Angry Charmander it came in the original seal and was packaged with great care in a semi rigid and a team bag and sent in a hard back envelope. The card was also in the exact condition displayed on the picture.

I first purchased a Scarlet & Violet 151 Booster Bundle and a Charmander Obsidian Flames SVP EN 044 Black Star Promo from Dugz Cards and was immediately impressed by the love and care put into the packaging. Everything arrived in perfect condition, and it was clear they truly value their customers.

After that great first experience, I noticed they offered competitive pricing on card cleaning, so I decided to send in a few medium-quality cards just to see the results. I had no idea how much gunk and dirt had built up on my cards until they took the time to show me before and after pictures—the difference was unbelievable! The cleaned cards were sealed up and ready for grading, handled with so much attention to detail.

Honestly, a star service from start to finish! If you're looking for a reliable, professional, and passionate seller who goes the extra mile, Dugz Cards is the place to go. Highly recommend!
