Fabulous workmanship. Paul's knowledge of all things relating to building is remarkable along with his skill and ability his service and finish is first class.

This company recently repaired my cracked laptop screen. This was undertaken extremely professionally, finished to the highest quality, even to the point that it was better than when I had originally bought it. This was an extremely efficient, pleasant and rapid service, and I would highly recommend this company.

Paul has done a few a few jobs for me now, including installation of the new smoke alarms. Efficient and very tidy, I would highly recommend his services.

First floor external vent cover for extractor fan was broken. I bought the replacement cover myself. Contacted Dumfries Property Services and left a message. I received a call within an hour and discussed the work required. Their man said he could come round later that morning. He did so and having got his ladders out, climbed up to high first floor level on gable wall above the garage roof, removed the defective 4 inch vent cover and fitted the new replacement. The work was not easy (I’d had the cover replaced by a roofer a couple of years before and he had struggled to reach the vent) but it was completed within an hour. The new cover remains intact 2+ months later and looks very neat. Cost was for 1 hour work plus pennies for stainless steel screws. Total £46 I think but it was money well spent.

I bought an old property with a range of issues including damp (poor ventilation), electrical issues, and plumbing problems. Dumfries Property Services quickly identified what the issues were and sympathetically resolved the damp, restoring ventilation in the process and making the property safe. I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic service from start to finish. I can not praise or emphasis how impressed we were with Paul's work. The attention to detail and accuracy in workmanship is very rarely found, but Paul's pride and expertise shines through and we were delighted with the finished fully working clocks.
